    Vanessa Araya era una trabajadora que se suicidó debido al acoso laboral que había estado sufriendo. Esto es inaceptable y refleja una cultura laboral tóxica y peligrosa en el hospital. a dos años aún no hay respuesta judicial y menos una disculpa hacia la familia por parte de esta institución… Nunca olvidar el nombre de la persona que dio su vida a una institución que se la arrebató.

    Un verdaderos desastre la atención de urgencias 2,5 horas(nos retiramos) de eapera, un solo medico en turno. Realmente deficiente el servicio. Con este tipo de organización no se qué calidad de diagnosticos realizarán.

    Soy Nadia Misle Ampuero y dar mi nombre completo se debe a que quiero contribuir con la veracidad en cada una de mis palabras, para guiar a muchas personas a que conozcan esta gran Clínica y no se dejen influenciar por malos comentarios y comprueben por su propia experiencia lo que yo les comento: Sólo puedo escribir palabras de agradecimiento para el Hospital Clínico Viña del Mar... Desde el minuto que ingresé por primera vez (por motivo de un exámen) y tuve la fortuna de conocerlo hasta hace dos semanas, fecha en que me dieron el alta, luego de ser operada de histerectomía por PAD de Fonasa y haber estado hospitalizada por dos días y medio , recibiendo todos los cuidados médicos y atenciones por parte de : doctores/as, matronas,enfermeras, técnicos paramédicos , nutricionistas, estudiantes de medicina, personal de aseo, etc...todos/as ellos/as altamente capacitados en la labor que desempeñan y poniendo por delante siempre la DIGNIDAD DEL PACIENTE Y SUS DERECHOS, una institución donde no eres ciudadano/a de "segunda clase" por tener menores ingresos ,ya que sino fuera por HCVM yo todavía estaría esperando por mi operación....por una cama en un hospital público y quizá hubieran pasado años en los que mi salud sólo se habría deteriorado aún más.HCVM es una institución digna de imitar y recomendable 100%, un lugar donde las cosas SÍ FUNCIONAN... Además quiero hacer una mención especial y muy importante que no puedo dejar pasar a mi ginecólogo Dr. RICARDO ROJAS ROJAS...un profesional comprometido 24/7, empático, confiable y cercano...un ángel que Dios puso en mi camino cuando más necesitaba una luz de esperanza ya que parecía que para mí todo estaba perdido...el me apoyó desde el momento que lo conocí...el me operó y gracias a él recibí la atención que por mi mala situación económica nunca hubiera podido recibir. Un doctor con una vocación tan grande como el doctor RICARDO ROJAS ROJAS no hace más que enaltecer la salud de nuestro país y nos demuestra la calidad de los profesionales que trabajan en el HOSPITAL CLÍNICO VIÑA DEL MAR (Más que una Clínica) Muchas Gracias .

    As a US citizen in Chile without health coverage, my wife needed a few exams. We priced a Clínica Ciudad del Mar first. It was recommended by a very good doctor in Ssntiago. For one of the exams she needed she had to wait a few weeks there. We then went to the Hospital Clinico in Limache street and the price was 40% less and it was scheduled for a few days hence. Overall, after 3 or 4 different exams, the attention was great. The doctors we saw were efficient and caring (I think that is true everywhere in Chile). The ladies in the reception area where you pay were very nice and walked us through the different processes in Chile. AND we were able to.pay with our US credit card (that is not true in many government and quasi government institutions such as toll booths or to pay for parking tickets).

    My wife had our daughter in that hospital and nothing to say, admission to the ward was quick because she went into labor. The treatment of the nurses and doctor was very cordial. The food is good nothing to say. In my case, when I visited, I found everything well organized. The nurses came to see her every hour when she needed it.

    Pésima experiencia me reagendaron la hora para ayer llegó a la cita y resulta que el hospital está sin sistema y los médicos no atendieron.Te dejan tomados los datos para darte una nueva cita y esa nueva hora es para dos meses más, lo mínimo, que podían hacer como solución es reubicar esas horas para el día siguiente o los días más próximos. Cero empatía con los pacientes.

    Pésima atención, ayer era la primera vez que iba y me hacían poco menos sentir una tonta por no saber donde quedaba un lugar, TODOS fueron groseros, excepto un guardia que estaba en el primer piso que me ayudó muy cordialmente. Tengo que seguir yendo pero para la próxima que me traten así no me quedaré callada. Son unos GROSEROS! Y LAS DE FONASA TAMBIÉN. Deberían hacer algo al respecto porque por lo que veo no soy a la única que le pasa lo mismo, me fui con una muy mala impresión del lugar.

    Fui a urgencias por una lesión que requería sutura, pero algo que no es prioridad de atención y estuve dispuesta a esperar, pero el trato de todos (desde el auxiliar, a la paramédico, a las administrativas y el médico) es realmente deplorable, cero empatía, te ignoran hasta que te pones pesado o lloras, y eso no está bien, porque ni siquiera te miran cuando les hablas. Ni siquiera había mucha gente, así que no era por estar saturados. Más empático y diligente sería un robot. Encima al cobrarme se demoraron otra hora adicional a la espera que fue de 3 horas. Entre 3 administrativas no hacían una, y debieron hacer un pagaré porque no supieron sacar el bono de fonasa necesario, tuve que ir presencialmente a sacar el bono y traerlo después a cobranza. Incluso me indicaron mal donde pagar, y esperé tiempo que no debía perder, porque no había fila donde debía pagar realmente. Y para terminar, me dicen que olvidaron cobrarme otra cosa y que debía pagar la diferencia. El colmo. Y no tengo problema en que se equivoquen, o pagar más, es su actitud la que me enfurece, el que deba exigir explicaciones para que acepten que se equivocaron. Y ni así piden disculpas o cambian esa actitud condescendiente.

    Horrible place, I have visited many clinics and hospitals and by far the worst. I asked them weeks ago for a quote to perform rhinoplasty and they never answered my email or cell phone. I had a videonasofibroscopy exam and the equipment did not exist, the secretary helped a lot to speed up the process.     Mi hijo se hospitalizo ahí pero todo bien .. lo que no me agrado fue el trato de urgencias el medico diciendo como soy Chilena , por mi edad tengo más probabilidades de tener más enfermedades eso no lo puse en el libro, pero recuerdo que me dijo eso criticando por ser Chilena? Ahí me perdí claro como le reclame que si estaba para ayudarme o iré a otra clínica y eso fue su respuesta poco profesional el tipo , y me vio y ya estaba con esa parada de cansado y no querer atender a nadie .. ojalá lo cambien no sirve Matias Rojas .
