This place is an absolute dump. Don’t waste your money! The beds were all dirty, crumbs and hair all over the sheets. It looked like they hadn’t been changed. Dirty floors, heating not working and the bathroom faucets broken. Painting is the landlord special. Several outlets don’t work. Balcony is dirty. When I asked for clean sheets because I just couldn’t face sleeping on the beds like that they only had three clean sheets. This place can’t have much repeat business. The furniture is the cheapest Amazon basic stuff, no rugs, no artwork. Hidden steps in the tiling that make you trip. Disgusting. It’s much too expensive for what it is. Very disappointed. The other reviews are spot on.

No air conditioning in bedroom, sheets dirty roaches climbing walls, 2 towels for 7 people no room service for the whole 7 days we stayed 3 days out of 7 the elevator was broke we was on the 11 floor and had a disabled person in our group that they was aware of trash stacked in corners of hallways most if not all staff doesn't speak any English, floors throughout room was nasty looks to have never been cleaned the shower faucet broke off and no one even came to look or try to fix, the pool was green if it was even open which the kids got to swim 2 days out of 7 the parking is a nightmare not enough spaces for each room! This hotel is completely outdated and nasty worst hotel I've ever stayed

These people are true scumbags, frauds and scammers. There were ants crawling out of the light switch, mold in the shower, the TV picture is scrambled to the point most of the time you can't see what is showing so it's better to just turn the TV off. The housekeeper came to our room to attempt to fix the TV. She smelled so bad it made me vomit. The place has bed bugs! The stairway smells like urine. They have rodents in the parking lot! The people that work the front desk are scammers. They forged my signature. Windows in the lobby were boarded up and now I understand why. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY! The manager is one of the most ignorant, rude POS you will come across. I'm surprised this place is still open. I'll be reporting to the health department immediately. There needs to be an option for no stars just for this place. If this is the only place with availability just stay somewhere that is not beach front or reschedule your trip. This place is that terrible. They aren't registered with the BBB and online reservation sites are starting to ban this place due to them scamming and stealing money. Believe me it's not worth it

We spent 5 days at this hotel, and we all enjoyed our stay, we had a last minute tag along child so we took an air mattress with us and it comfortably accommodated all seven of us. The room was Ocean front with shops directly behind the hotel down the strip. We went the second week of October 2023 and it was perfect. There was not a lot of tourists. If we needed something we just told the front desk. I did go by our own broom and dustpan because the kids kept bringing in sand, there was only one maid and she literally works her butt off from sun up to sundown to keep those rooms as clean as she possibly could. The hotel is under new management and they're getting things figured out. For a low budget off-season vacation, I would absolutely go here again and again with my family. The owner showed us some love on parking because we had two vehicles, The garage is very small but my son-in-law had no problem parking his big four-door Jeep Wrangler in it. I absolutely recommend it 10 out of 10, it's very close to the pier and the boardwalk.

Word of caution! Don't stay, room did not look like the photos, the room smelled musty/moldy was on first floor. As always I check for bed bugs no matter where I stay, found 2 right off the bat! Not to mention my kids found a huge black mold spot on the ceiling that was literally raised as if it was there for a long time. Sofa was broken and nasty. Not to mention the huge roach in the hall way. Parking was a joke they literally made you park less than 6inch from someone's bumper in their tiny parking garage. Bedding was also dirty like no one cleaned them. For a room that cost over $400 a night was a joke. Manager wouldn't even come talk to me about a refund so I had to contact the booking site and they couldn't get him on the phone either. Only thing it had going for it was the location

Elevator not working, and we were on the 9th floor! TV wasn’t working. Toilet leaking shower moldy and dirty and toilet paper holder was broke off wall. Rooms dirty and smelled moldy. No ac in bedroom and it was very hot. Balcony doors would not slide easy and very dirty. I could go on and on. Woman at front desk was very rude. Not worth the 300 a night we paid! Go somewhere else!

Do not waste your time on this filthy bug infested hotel. The couch was full of bugs. We had to request clean blankets because the one they had in the room STINK!!!! Heater didn't work properly. The elevator did not work, we had to walk up to our room on the 4th floor. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. The only good thing was the view of the boardwalk and the beach. Whoever the owner is of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves on how horrible conditions this hotel is in.

No iron, in the room, so make sure u pack one. Air-conditioner leaked, all over the place. Need updating. Pool is tiny, for such a nice sized place.I understand, it's not a Hilton, but at $300.00/night, it could be better. Asked for a new remote controller, since it didn't work. They said they will replace it, but never did. Front desk is not very cooperative. I would NEVER stay here agai or recommend this place.
