Wish i could give a zero. We were on family vacation last year and chose this hotel! People at the desk were nice and friendly. The room had a awful smell and the roaches in the drawers. We left the door open for a little while until the traffic and noise became unbearable. Laid down about 10 and was up by 11 there were bed bugs biting us! Our back chest arms fingers and other places. Husband went to the front desk and told us to wait for the manager/owner! We slept in our car because we wanted a refund. Thanks for the terrible and short family vacation! And we didnt get a refund so I reported it to the Attorney General! If you know you had bed bugs you should exterminate and I should have read the reviews before coming.

Roselyn the manager is pathetic. She doesn’t handle complaints and she’s the person answering the emails not the owner. This hotel had a broken toilet and the pool is disgusting. Please shut this place down and the white girl with blonde streaks in the front brings her kids to work every day and they are truly unprofessional.

Been here twice because I had no choice. both times my room had roaches and the shower didn't work properly. I requested another room and was denied it because I had "moved in to it already" couldn't get a refund because of their no refund policy and all the other stipulations they have are asinine. The pictures they have for the rooms are a lie, they look nothing like that.

Just got into my room look at the bed for bed bugs and of course I find some so I ask to be refunded since I literally just got into my room and says I’m sorry I can’t refund you nor get a manager to help with the situation until the morning. Very nasty to be told I just spent money to sleep with bugs and not have another option except I’m sorry. Terrible customer service and nasty rooms would not recommend

Do not stay. They have a good weekly price but they visibly have bed bugs crawling on top of the covers. I have like 8 bites on one hand. An the shower had hair still in it from whoever showered before I checked in. Disgusting place

This hotel is mid if the pool was open i would've gave it 4 stars but its not. The pool is dirty at the moment and it has trash in it. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling above the shower. Our fan stinks. I found bugs behind the bed, and lots of trash. We also didn't get blankets we got curtains. So as you can tell this hotel is dirty.

Police ran in on a room with guns out and instead of saying get away, put us in our room next door when the police is shooting everybody in VA beach. Our room stayed wet/damp and even had mold growing in the bathroom and by the front door

There is no service for towels and toilet paper and there is a terrible cockroach infestation.

Overall it was decent but the cleanliness could have been better. I saw cockroaches outside the buildings, not inside so not as bad, but it is an indication that an infestation is not far. The owners, the only staff I personally meet, were rude. Also there was a huge mix up with our rooms. We originally booked two rooms in a packaged deal for the price of one. The day of the trip they said there was only one room reserved. The day of check out they tried to charge us a fee for two rooms. We reiterated that we were told by THEM that we only booked one room. The whole mix up seemed purposeful and money hungry. As a last minute resort it will be okay but I wouldn't recommend it.

So far, everyone that works here has been very nice to me. If u have a problem they immediately take care of the problem. The rooms are extremely clean and you can choose when you want housekeeping to do your entire room. They also clean and do stuff on 2 other days. You never run out of anything. I have a microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, smoking and non smoking too. I am very comfortable and weekly rates are monetarily great! I am only upset that I can't have my kitty here. Besides that- like I said it is a great place to stay or live!

The room was nice, could be updated, clean but not spotless. I didn't see any bugs, roaches or bed bugs. Beds we're not the most comfortable. But for the price it was doable. Now, our room was right by a stairwell, the first night of our stay there were "crack heads" hanging out in the stairwell being loud. Other than that experience it was a pleasant stay.

Be prepared for roaches and other bugs, no housekeeping, maybe no cable, sleeping on a boxspring, if Any complaints are made, your kicked out.

I have a service dog and I know in the state of Virginia you're allowed to have dogs at motels as long as you can prove that they are service dogs this hotel is saying no so anybody I wouldn't suggest this hotel it is a poor discontinued hotel it's been on fire and nobody has did anything to fix it

I called to make a reservation that was said on the voice message that I could and was told I could not by the manager unfortunately for her Ive done plenty of work on this hotel through a mutual friend of the owner and a friend of mine although she was professional I sensed an attitude in her tone I left it alone but I will b getting in touch with our mutual friend to see if this issue can b handled

Rent was paid on 12/23/2021 to cover til 1/1/2022. On 12/25/2021 i could not get into my room at 10 pm. Had to sleep in car for night or go somewhere else and pay for a room. No body answeted phone at front desk or at number on reciept for motel. Merry fing christmas

A little intimidating and finding rooms in this large courtyard style facility can be daunting

Has a kinda shady feel to it. Just a visit, but long enough to formulate an opinion. Did find a great appreciation for the courtyard however.

The rooms are horrible and the staff is just as bad completely unprofessional. The roaches are out of control it's just disgusting and they literally do nothing to address reasonable complaints it's outrageous
