The ambiance is very bad and serving staff was very bad service not at all good. They r serving the ordered food without serving plates and spoons and when we waited literally for 15 minutes. After that we called up the server they r very illiterates and talked very rudely and served the food after 20 minutes. BUT I am really disappointed to see that chef and helper are not even wearing any gloves and they are putting their mask at the neck,, some didn’t even using at all!! During this pandemic if restaurant are not taking minimum safety hazards then we will be at greater risk who are outsourcing the food.this could take a major role in community spreading. So be aware!!! Secondly the taste of the paradise biriyani just went down and the chicken tikka was dry without proper Masala. Finally , when I asked the helpers in the the counter that why people are not wearing gloves and masks in the kitchen he just lied on the face and refuse to communicate further. The place is really nice. Especially, their waiters. Their etiquette is really impressive. They are too cooperative as well. Especially, the waiter named Surya. They are multilingual. Hindi. Telugu. Tamil. English. etc. The lighting system brings you to mood. But their efficiency depends on crowd in the restraunt. I wanted to give 4.5 . But 5 is okay as well.

The manager didn't even bother abt anything... She has turned off the AC even before we had left... Had to wait for 30 mins for the waiter to come n address us despite of asking the manager multiple times... And other 15 mins for them to get the water bottles... Also, there's no water in the handwash area.... Had to carry the bottles to wash out my hands... On the whole it was an unpleasant disastrous experience...
