‼️
Completely
disappointed
with
this
airport.
The
worst
I've
ever
been
(Details
below):
After
reading
some
reviews,
I've
realized
they
justify
the
caos
saying
the
world
had
come
across
some
unexpected
situations
and
they
had
to
"adapt"
it...
just
a
non-sense
copy
paste
All
airports
in
the
world
have
indeed
been
adapted,
definitely
not
this
one.
Covid
is
not
a
valid
excuse
for
facilities
to
be
outdated,
this
airport
simply
has
no
concern
for
travelers
comfort
and
well-being.
Since
the
entrance,
the
situation
seems
out
of
control,
huge
number
of
people
for
a
tiny
space
where
co-exist
a
cafeteria
and
the
check-in
desk
for
all
airlines.
If
you
just
have
cabin
luggage
(no
checked
bags),
you
have
to
go
right
and
follow
a
way
without
ANY
indications
to
access
the
control
before
reaching
the
gates...
It
is
really
easy
once
you
ask
for
help
but
if
you
don't...
Well,
prepare
yourself
to
be
absolutely
confused.
When
finishing
this
control,
you
arrive
to
another
place
where
the
Duty
Free
is.
Also
FULL
of
people
and
no
place
to
sit.
We
were
upstairs
thinking
it
would
be
different
but
it
was
crowded
as
well...
Specific
issue
in
the
Duty
Free
section.
No
place
to
put
the
rubbish
(specially
after
testing
perfumes
and
makeup)
and
I
spotted
(at
least)
two
products
without
price
so
I
had
to
go
ask
at
the
desk
every
time...
Onto
the
(male)
bathrooms:
the
one
on
the
airport
entrance
had
one
hand
dryer
broken
and
upstairs,
two
water
taps
were
broken...
Also
they
feel
really
narrow
and
one
time
I
had
an
issue
with
other
passenger
that
could
not
pass
with
my
luggage
while
I
was
washing
my
hand.
Can
you
believe
the
corridor
was
the
same
width
as
a
small
cabin
bag???
So,
after
that
crowded
place,
we
had
to
do
a
Passport/ID
Control
(even
being
European
and
traveling
to
Europe)...
After
that,
the
final
episode:
the
boarding
gates.
Definitely
the
place
"not
to
be"
in
advance.
There's
JUST
a
corridor
with
all
the
closed
(important)
gates
and
without
a
common
place
to
wait
or
sit.
So,
if
you
don't
know
your
gate
you
must
wait
standing
in
the
narrow
corridor.
Should
I
come
in
a
rush,
just
some
time
before
my
flight
departure?
🤔
Exactly.
NOW
GET
READY.
Saturday
18th
June
2022.
We
were
flying
to
Lisbon
the
afternoon
and
we
where
in
advance
in
front
of
the
gates.
As
a
result
we
had
to
wait
seated
in
the
corridor
till
the
Ryanair
employee
confirmed
us
the
gate.
When
entering
the
gate,
first
of
all
she
was
alone
to
check
every
passenger
and
also
the
gate
didn't
have
bathrooms.
After
10
minutes,
people
didn't
came
so
they
realized
that
the
airport
didn't
show
the
destination
in
the
boarding
gate...
REALLY?
and
right
after,
with
some
people
already
checked
and
waiting
the
boarding,
they
told
us
we
were
about
to
change
the
gate!
This
is
not
happening...
😅
So,
we
changed
to
another
boarding
gate
altogether
as
a
school
trip,
without
understanding
what
was
happening.
In
addition,
there
was
a
weak
division
between
Priority
and
Non-Priority
passengers
that
some
people
broke
so
at
the
end
we
were
all
mixed...
Hopefully
the
woman
that
was
checking
every
passenger
realized
and
pit
an
end
of
it.
Honestly,
she
did
a
great
job
in
the
middle
of
such
a
situation.
Waiting
to
enter
the
plane
I
heard
some
people
willing
to
make
a
complaint
about
the
airport
and
Some
more
general
thoughts:
🔻
Poor
quality
of
air-conditioning
from
the
entrance
to
the
exit
🔻
Dirty
walls,
glass
doors
and
specially
the
floor
🔻
Bad
quality
of
speakers
in
the
whole
airport
🔻
Not
enough
place
to
sit
and
rest.
In
general,
the
airport
is
not
at
all
prepared
for
the
amount
of
passengers
it
receives
🔻
Lack
of
indicative
panels
as
well
as
flying
information
screens.
As
so,
we
are
forced
to
ask
the
employees
for
every
tiny
doubt
1-star
review
as
I
cannot
give
0.
Really
sad
it
is
the
main
airport
of
Marseille
that
clearly
put
this
city
down
and
make
both
passengers
and
employees
upset
everyday.
If
you're
thinking
about
coming
to
Marseille,
even
for
a
layover,
please
do
yourself
a
favour
and
don't.
Not
the
place
for
a
pleasant
travel.
