The rooms and furniture throughout the hotel are old and the atmosphere is a bit stuffy. If you like that kind of place than this is fine. The location is perfect. The airconditioning in my room didn't work. The gym is absolutely tiny and should not be called a gym. Weights are missing and there are only a few old cardio machines, one of which was broken. Breakfast is great though and the staff at the breakfast and bar are very nice and helpful and attentive. Parking is expensive at 21,50 euro and when I was there the parking was closed for unknown reasons so I had to find a parking garage somewhere else.

We had a great experience here! The staff was highly accommodating and very kind and friendly. We brought our dog and they even provided a dog bowl in our room. The balcony off our room was closed as it was being renovated and the courtyard was not yet open for the season. We also took advantage of their parking. They could not guarantee a space but we were able to find a spot every time we moved the car. For the weekend we were there, the room rate was high and did think the prices at the bar were high too, but we received great quality and service so it made the price tag more acceptable. Was a great location too. We found it easy to walk to a lot of great restaurants and the train station. Would stay here again and recommend!

Nice room very comfy bed and nice linen, very well placed for restaurants and not too far from station . However had to complain of lack of cleaning properly, hair in bathroom lack of tea making supplies. But we spoke on it. Nonetheless we did enjoy the stay and would certainly come again.

Staff is extremely professional and friendly. Restaurant dinner can compete with highly ranked restaurants, knowledge of food and wines is very high. The variety and quality is very good, as is the surprise effect of suggested wines with the dinner.

This hotel is in central Rotterdam providing easy access to restaurants etc. Inside the Hotel is very nice and the rooms are a bit dated and could do with a refresh but the bathroom and show is nice. It is worth buying there is an old and new part to the hotel and I stayed in the old part. The staff are very helpful and polite. I would stay again if I were to travel to the city.

The communication upfront our arrival to the hotel with information about facilities, check in and check out was very good. Also the communication (commercials) about possible upgrades was plenty. Communication about the lack of parking facility would be much appreciated. It seems that the hotel has had a partial upgrade in style and decoration. The window frames of the outside are old and the rooms are mainly (or completely) single glazed. That makes the room a bit noisy. The restaurant and breakfast facility is very nice and stylish. Just like the Lobby, the gym and the sauna. The people at the reception and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The room was good, but no luxury for a Executive Tower room. The room was clean. But when we moved into our room at 3.30 pm, there was a pungent smell of sewage air in the bathroom that did not disappear until the evening. A gentleman from the reception came with us in the evening after he did not have time to inspect it in the afternoon. Fortunately, the smell was much less then. In the end; a good experience!!

Excellent location. We arrived late at about 11 (I'd emailed before to advise). We were offered to upgrade our room for EUR10 per night which we did. The room available was at the back and on a lower floor and they kindly suggested we move the next day to a higher room, staying overall 3 nights. We packed our bags and the staff moved them while we were out for the day. Plus they stored our bags when we left. We would recommend & would definitely stay again.

The hotel is well situated, beautiful, clean, quiet and with really kind, friendly and helpful staff. And amazing breakfasts! The room was very spacious with breathtaking view (I was on the 12th floor), extremely comfortable bed and a huge bathroom with bathtub and also a shower. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back next time I'm in Rotterdam.

I am writing to express our disappointment and concern regarding the incident that occurred during our recent stay at your hotel. Our travel bags were stolen from the lobby. We lost so many personal and work related items. My 6 year old son was shocked what happened within 2 minutes. It was terrible experience when travelling to Rotterdam for the first time. What further compounded our disappointment was being informed that the hotel does not take responsibility for incidents in the lobby. As a guest, I expected a higher level of security and accountability. This experience has shaken my confidence in your hotel and its commitment to guest safety. I urge you to reevaluate your security measures and policies to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Taking prompt action will not only regain trust but also ensure a safer environment for all guests. It is crucial for you to prioritize the safety and well-being of your guests.

My parents slept here 5 nights in June, and paid almost 2K for terrible service. They didn’t change the towels or sheets for 3 days, the room was dirty and had a lot of insects. Parents booked & paid for parking for their entire stay, but on their last night, the parking place was full. They had nowhere else to go, and the receptionist gave no solution other than “you can have the parking money back”. You cannot charge that much for this kind of horrible service. I highly recommend looking for a different hotel and skipping this one!

I have to say, this hotel exceeded all our expectations! The room was great , and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Talk about a prime location! This hotel is smack dab in the center of everything we needed, within easy walking distance. We did encounter a small issue with the room being a bit chilly, but the staff swiftly resolved it by providing us with a heater. They really know how to take care of their guests! Oh, and here's a perk for electric car owners: the hotel offers convenient charging stations, so we were able to charge our car hassle-free overnight. The only downside was the TV, which could use an upgrade. It had just one English channel, but hey, with everything else being so incredible, we hardly even noticed! Highly recommended!

I had a lovely 3 night stay at Bilderberg. Quick walk to & from Centraal Station, right at the border of the city center and generally conveniently located. My overall experience was more than OK, for instance with a quick response when I reported that the safe was not working upon my arrival. If I had to give just one suggestion, I had to wait 20+ minutes for check-in because there was 6 people before me and just one receptionist on duty (she worked as quick as possible). Maybe reinforcing the crew at peak arrival hours would be a good thing. This said, I enjoyed my stay at this very well located hotel, in a comfortable and spacious deluxe room with a view, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. This was up to my expectations.

200m from the metro line. 300m from the busy nightlife. 1km walk from the street food market and the huge shopping complex. This hotel is perfectly situated to almost everything that Rotterdam has to offer. In terms of the hotel itself, the staff are very friendly! They have a drinking vase next to reception full of ice cold water stuffed with so many delicious fruits and there you can just help yourself when you come back from a long walk in the heat. So refreshing! Everyday I had about 8 cups....oops. Our bedroom....well the bed was super comfy and the air conditioning works very well and didn't need to keep it on all night so no sore throat in the morning. The shower was nice and powerful...as it should be. Very very clean! Last but certainly not least. The breakfast. Wow! Incredible. For my wife and myself it's all about the breakfast wherever we stay. A good breakfast fuels you for your day ahead and this breakfast buffet had it all. From fresh orange juice to perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, crispy pastries and so much cheese! About 8 different types of breads. The fruit was nice and fresh, the bacon was crispy, the chicken sausages were delicious. 4 different types of granola. Coffee was rich and the tea? Well I didn't have any so I can't tell you about that. You can also ask the kitchen staff to cook you something else you don't see on offer like an omelette or fried eggs instead of boiled and scrambled. They definitely work hard in that kitchen and the staff work hard to keep the place looking like a breakfast heaven. Well done! PS eat your breakfast outside on the terrace on the balcony. Super quiet out there and a nice little view of their garden 😊.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and modern and the bed was extremely comfortable! The bathroom was also clean and nicely equipped. The breakfast was very nice and had everything you needed we especially liked the fresh orange juice and the coffee was very nice as well! The staff is super friendly and was always helpful throughout our stay. A big compliment to the staff. The sauna and fitness room was also super nice and very modern. The location is perfect as you can reach all locations quickly by foot. We will definitely be back as we loved our stay at Bilderberg.

Fabulous Hotel in an ideal location for going around Rotterdam. Staff are so friendly and helpful, the room we had was very big with a deep bath and full-on shower. The beds were so comfortable and it was very peaceful. Choices at breakfast were very good. Everything is worthy of our stay.

Hotel very well located, 10, 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to the museum park and museums as well as the metro. Room for one person large enough and very quiet. The staff is very professional and welcoming, the receptionist brought me to the room and carried my suitcase. The breakfast buffet is very plentiful, both salty and sweet. Very good restaurant, food made on site but you have to wait. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel was lovely. It was in the perfect location within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Rotterdam and only a 12 minute walk from the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially those at the front desk. They were very helpful when our suitcase was delayed and kept us up to date on its arrival. The rooms were well equipped and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice room with a great view on the 11 th floor. Very clean. Hotel staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Suggestion for more than one waste basket as well as more security around the room where luggage is kept. Restaurant was closed for summer, but hotel bar was very nice and bartenders also pleasant and friendly. Good location especially if you're there for Rotterdam's Carnival festival.

Pleasant hotel within walking distance of the city centre. I liked the large well appointed rooms which in the tower have a good view. The hotel has its own secure car park and when driving the hotel is not too difficult to find. I found the value fair.

A great hotel in a very good location. The idea of giving a voucher to save on cleaning and emissions is good but the vouchers didn't even cover the cost of a drink in the bar so not worth having. Very disappointing. The bar had not atmosphere so it felt like a complete con. A real shane as it's a lovely hotel with fantastic staff on reception on arrival.

Large room if you stay at the deluxe triple room. Staff was smiley and friendly also the location is very good. Anything from 5-10 minutes to reach almost any popular bars or shopping streets. Car park spaces are limited. Room was slightly cold and difficult to adjust the temp. setting.

Comfortable rooms. Super clean. Excellent breakfast. Very nice sauna. Small not well equipped gym. Ghost charges from the bar, breakfast inclusion was not clear at checkin and at checkout but still, all well resolved. Business travellers oriented guests.

For us, it wasn’t worth to pay the increased weekend price( +dog(25€+parking22.50€) I think the week day price is more correct for this hotel. The room was very simple. Our room faced the parking, just front of our bed which was noisy during the night. The room was cold when we arrived, and windows let the draft in. Overall, the staff were nice, but the one at the morning sift were nicer and more professional. However, location was good and the public areas were nice.

The reception desk people were great. The room was hard to get to with lots of stairs, but the room itself was great. The fitness center was small and too minimal. Breakfast was wonderful. The location is great.

I am starting 14 nights on this hotel y far I spent 9 nights know. I feel confident to rate the property. By and large, it clean annd cozy. The rooms are very clean and wide with nice views. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and wide variety of food. Coffee and bar inside. The location is perfect. There is a metro station next to the hotel also they have car parking. I would give this 5 stars and recommend it for everyone visiting Rotterdam.

We stayed there last week for our honeymoon. The hotel treated us amazing a few gifts. The staff are brilliant and very helpful. Breakfast was top class. The whole stay was brilliant

Perfect location in the middle of all relevant places in Rotterdam. The breakfast was ok but not worth the price, middle class quality and the facility is quite too small with too many people, very uncomfortable at peak times. We had the executive tower room with an awesome view and a lot of space for two people. Unfortunately the floor is covered with carpet and you see every small or big stain. The room also has no real wardrobe so you have to let the half of clothes in the luggage. To put it in a nutshell, the hotel has a perfect location, but needs many small improvements to feel comfortable for a longer stay, 3 out of 5 stars. The restaurant „the park“ was closed, so it will not be part of the review.

The location and the room i stayed in the tower was amazing. Not common to have such spacious rooms around. Enjoyed the view at night and it was at a very convenient distance to all attractions around.

Great location in the center of Rotterdam. Very nice bed! We were on the top floor and we enjoyed sitting in front of the window, watching all the people below. Close to the Depot (in 3rd picture) Cars and people can be loud at night; bring earplugs!

I had a perfect 3 nights stay at Bilderberg Park Hotel. Lovely spacious room with an amazing view. ; equiped with a tea/Coffee machine, confortable bed, bathrobe and everything you need to feel like home. Staff is helpful and everyone I talked to was nice ; location couldn't be better and the bikes they provide for rental are quite good even for relative long distance (went to Kinderdjik and back). I loved everything in this hotel and would definitely come again next time I visit Rotterdam. Dankjewel 😊

The only thing why i didnt give 5 star was room temperature which was cold and unable to regulate . Perfect location staff breakfast. Espacially one lady and one man in the reception were so kind and helpful.

Individual heating of room not really satisfactory. Brightness of room could be improved by stronger lamps. Rest is good.

This was the second time we stayed in your hotel and it probably won't be the last time. Its central position, qualified and very friendly staff, the comfortable room, the good breakfast and the nice interior design give you an overall feeling of well-being. Excellent value for money!

The establishment is located in a very central spot in the center of Rotterdam. It has a very nice gym and a great lobby with a bar to take your coffee, drink and hang out in general. There were a lot of noise from inside the hotel, although my room was located on the 2nd floor. The bathroom had some weird smell and I had to open the windows every time I walked in to clean the air. Besides using the extra facilities (gym, sauna) everything else is being paid for and many times it's overpriced (like breakfast for example). Lastly, some of the staff were very friendly and cooperative for any questions you might have but others the exact opposite.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was perfect and no noise. I guess in summertime when people are sitting outside that might be a problem. Maybe ear pluggs will be needed:)) Thanks for the stay and our compliments to the team. Very friendly.
