I had a great experience! The massagetherapist clearly knew what he was doing and was polite and professional throughout the session. I also appreciated the fact that I got the full hour I paid which sadly isnt always the case with massages. Ill be coming back!

We booked couple sports massage. The massage was very helpful in relieving body pain. They specifically asked for particular pain areas and ensured that enough attention was given during the treatment. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend this place.

Nice cozy a d relaxing space, the staff was friendly and the massage was really relaxing. It was the cheapest option in Delft for massage but still expensive. There is a problem with the payment if you are foreign and don't have Dutch bank card then you have to pay with cash even though they say that accept visa card. I didn't have cash on me and had to find a bank to get some cash and then they didn't have changes and had to go in a shop near by to exchange my cash. It was annoying especially when you were relax and had to get stress again for this.

Terrible experience, be careful with scheduling a massage here. The massage was supposed to be a birthday gift, however we couldn't make it due to a serious stomach disease that started in the day of the massage. I tried to reschedule the massage early morning in the day, but it was impossible according to the costumer support. Apparently it is not possible to change dates/times less than 24h before the massage. This sounded incoherent since the day before (way after this threshold, around 15h before the massage time) an employee called me to change the time of the massage, which I agreed. The only solution that was presented to me was to give up and lose the money (which I was saving for some time, since the massages are expensive). It was the worst costumer support in a massage place I've had, and what was supposed to be an special day became a headache, and 100 euros lost.

I’ve just had the most amazing massage here. Rima , the lady who massaged me was the kindest and sweetest lady. She left a card and gift for me in my shoe from sinterklaas. I will return to see her again, thank you so much Rima!!

Worst customer service experience, nobody answers the phone number and nobody responds to emails. I went to the place in person and they aren’t accepting walk in guests or even making appointments because of covid. I called the number in front of the employee on location, he saw that nobody is answering and still couldn’t help me in anyway. I don’t know how a business can function if it’s impossible to become a client. Perhaps this is just a front for illegal activity and the massages are fake. Big waste of time!

Developed back pain after massage. The people are not trained properly.

I just came back from my first professional massage ever... at first I was uncomfortable with the fact that a stranger will do this for me but Dorottya helped me trough this and gave me the best massage ever... my whole back was stuck but now I feel brand new! I’m coming back for sure ! And I hope more people that think like me will go to qoqo after seeing this review!
