The facility felt to me and my girlfriend as way too big, not well maintained and too impersonal that resulted in an experience that was simply not relaxing for us. The saunas themselves look great but a lot of details were just not right; overcrowded places, soap dispensers not functioning (and soap dispensers missing at some crucial places), heating of hot tubes not functioning well, some areas were closed down (while other places were overcrowded), al lot of damaged chairs, etc. And rates for entrance and for food are to our opinion very high. It felt to us like we were ended up in spa build for mass tourism, something that didn't felt to blend well with the feeling of intimacy we want to experience during a spa visit.

Definitely do not recommend. Last Saturday I went to this spa again with my friend. I come every year, but this time unfortunately I was very disappointed. Mean unprofessional staff spoils everything, despite a great banja ritual experience. The cleaning lady grabbed my hand and I was literally pushed out of the shower 10 minutes before closing time, which is not even relevant by the way. That's just not how you treat people, never mind customers. My girlfriend saw everything. I said that I will file a complaint and immediately 2 more colleagues arrived. I told at the reception what happened at the end of my visit, was shaking but even the location manager doesn't care, all 3 employees said that the cleaning lady didn't grab my hand. And I didn't even get an apology. I will never return to the Veluwse Bron.

Okay spa, not great. Some of the places are out of order, the place feels a bit old and not well maintained. At some places it smelled dirty. This is an okay spa but does not have a luxurious atmosphere. Would not go here again as there are much nicer spa’s in the Netherlands to go to for the same price. In addition, lots of the rituals and treatments are available for an additional price while at most spa’s they are included in the entrance price and part of the day programme. Furthermore, the food is not great at this place. We had curry with shrimps and it was just tasteless.

One of my favorite sauna's/spa's. It is very clean. They offer a wide variety of sauna's both indoors and outdoors. Besides that they offer treatments and massages. I prefer the outdoor area the most. It's very spacious located next to a beautiful lake. It has been landscaped in a way that the saunas are partially in the ground so it becomes more of a natural garden. I would recommend this place to everyone

Probably the best sauna resort in Europe but too much people and there is no navigation in English, nobody can ask for help, saunas houses not numbered

Very very busy place. You cannot rest. It is mass. You feel like a number. The saunas are not hot enough, multiple of then are not working. Furthermore the smell in many of the saunas is not good. The showers stink. There is one positive thing, that is the food at the restaurant

The place is beautiful, feels like a little Eden. We went for an evening shift and it was so quit, haven't sat in a sauna with more than 3 people. The food was disappointing tho, I was expecting lovely food which is healthy and exclusive but it was more bar-food.

I always have a great experience here. I come every year for the past 8 years on multiple occasions. The food is good. The variety of saunas are great! And the price I feel is good for what you get. Keep in mind you should bring your own sandals and robe otherwise it’s a bit pricier. I only had two bad experiences. One a male masseur neglected to listen when I was in pain. I left feeling so bad after, as if I got hit by a truck. I felt so sick from the massage I wanted to throw up. My bf looked at me after like woahhh you look so pale. I told the staff and they did nothing. Another time the hot tubs and pools were not hot enough. A bit lukewarm. I still go back but would never ever have a massage there. The experience scared me so much that I didn’t have a massage for a few years lol. 😅

We arrived on Sunday at around 16.30 and we didn't notice any sauna programs going on even though it was included in the ticket price. In general saunas were good, though in some of them temperature was lower than indicated and several saunas didn't seem to be well maintained. Salty water bath was a disappointment, water temperature was quite low. The temperature in other baths outside was low too. Also, in the restaurant service was a bit chaotic, though the food was good. One thing that really surprised me in a bad way before we left is that we needed to pay extra for a WHIPPED CREAM on each of the cake. In general, we expected a bit better quality for the price we paid.

Too expensive for what it is: some same-ish type of saunas and 2 steam rooms. Plus many of the saunas were closed/ buiten gebruik, and the same for the salt pool, so to pay almost €50 per person for this, feels like way more than a scam!! Never again.....

Very nice experience! Had read some bad reviews beforehand and almost changed my mind. But we had a very nice day. Top notch saunas, beautifully cared for complex and the staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant is good and also here a smooth service despite being fairly busy. The hamman and 1 more sauna were unfortunately out of order, but there was more than enough choice to compensate! We will definitely come back again!

The diversity of saunas is great. All are clean and well maintained. However, it's a very busy place. For me personally too busy. Felt more like an amusement park than a relaxing sauna.
