I had a case when I recommended the salon to a colleague: I didn’t like the massage, it was clear that the master was working “carelessly.” But as soon as we said in response to the administrator’s question “how did you rest”, that “not very well”, a hail of manipulations woke up on us: and you said, but you feel fine, etc., etc. It would be enough to simply apologize, apologize for the master and give some kind of bonus. And everything would be smoothed out. Some kind of strange rigidity in a place where the service includes close contact with the body and even a small nuance can be uncomfortable, the same cough of the master or something else. In general, I don’t recommend 7 colors to my colleagues anymore, because I’m not sure about the quality of communication.

Located near the metro, in the business center. The inside is not very big, but everything is neat, cozy treatment rooms, friendly staff. After a 1.5 hour Thai massage you really feel a surge of energy. They warm up all the muscles and bones perfectly) I want to come back again.

There is a smell of fried food on the floor (apparently there is a restaurant or kitchen there) The masseuse asked me to wear disposable underwear, although I didn’t want to. I told her it would be comfortable. Apparently no one cares about my comfort... She also scratched me with her nails during the massage. After all this, the administrator only said “I’ll check her hands” I didn’t hear any compensation or apology. In general, not level 7 colors! I won't come again

The administrator called 7(!) minutes before the start of the session to inform that the information provided over the phone when making an appointment was incorrect and the service would cost 25% more. Amazing customer service, will never use again.
