Be aware . That is not a five star hotel, not even close. They were rude on the front desk , unprofessional management who is trick customers with out any regrets. I had the worst experience ever, I would not recommend nobody. 1. First do not order laundry service there you would be surprise!!! They are took my close and return half of it, then day later when I asked them where is my other staff they are said they won’t return my close till they received payment. ( even they are had my credit card on the file and I had another few days to go) They are don’t care if you naked they are need their money first !! That is really embarrassing!! But nobody care what is your feeling. 2. Second issue after staying there a few days I start filling weird smell in my room seems like no ventilation at all. My whole close start smells like sh…t. I called room service and they are brought maintnace Guy who is open the air filter set right a front of me and filter was Nasty 🤮 dirty, no wonder my room is stinks 😷 , but the the funny part is ,he asked if he can clean filter in my SHOWER ! 🤮 I felt Sick in my stomach . I felt I need move out as soon as I can but I share my concerns with hotel manager and he is offer me a new room but a was trick AGAIN!! 🙈 3. Third issue I had there . When I invited my Friends to share with me Glass of wine at my new room I was informed I have No access to certain services which was included in my room as advertised. So I was embarrassed 😳 right at the front of my friends AGAIN . Unbelievable experience!! When I asked why ? front desk lady said I need to talk with manager who was not there at the time and nobody can HELP ME OUT!! So I was tried to contact with Hotel manager Dennis and hotel director Iskander multiple times via phone but nobody answered and called me back. I hope the international management and somebody from Marriott family read my review and found out how these people represent their brand outside USA . P.S Guys Do not stay there do not repeat my mistakes.

There is a kitchen smell throughout the reception, the bar and restaurant area. On the 12 floor there is a smell of old Russian railway carriage in the corridor. Smelly place Voronezh Marriott is. Ideal location, decent rooms, good food, well-trained friendly stuff. On the booking.com somehow a misleading information about booking rooms with children, had to pay extra, not cool.

Not at a Marriot level in terms of attentiveness and service attention to detail. Breakfast missing many items, with no scrambled eggs for the 25 min so that I was eating, and the line for ordering omelettes or order-made eggs was far too long. Other items gone for 10mim before returning only to be gone again. Only 1 coffee machine and it was down for cleaning for a few minutes as well this morning. Basically their breakfast supply isn’t meeting the numbers of people at the hotel. To cap it off, no warm water for showers in the morning. Back on at 9:15am I was told later but I had already left 8:30am for meetings after a freezing shower. When I came back 12noon to pick up my luggage and asked if I could change in a room they said the only place was the public bathroom. No “above and beyond” at this location...

This place offers the best views of Voronezh. Good rates but somewhat shabby place, especially the corridors and bathrooms, perhaps the renovations are not really completed yet. The rooms are large but and white, feels like a luxury hospital than a cosy hotel. The fridge is empty, which is a big minus.

Great view and pretty comfortable beds, but the bathroom is only separated with a glass wall from the bed so you can have a very good overview of what’s happening in the toilet noise wise and light wise in the night time. The breakfast was sad, it was probably the worst omelet in my life. The guy who was supposed to cook it was working hard on pretending he doesn’t see us and after asking three times for ham&cheese omelet we got plane one with ridiculous amount of oil.

Excellent value in a centrally located area. Best views of the city and walking distance to Voronezh’s major downtown highlights and cultural venues. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The staff is very kind and service in the top floor lounge could not be better. All conveniences you’d expect in a pricier property in the US at a fraction of the cost.

Staff is not rude or unfriendly at all. We are American. We felt safe, welcomed, and well served. I will say, website makes you think there are 3 restaurants here. But there's not. Its one restaurant, with 2 different menus rotating based on time of day. And a bar concept for the 3rd. Not a deal breaker. This place is great. Book it and enjoy this fine city.

Staying at Marriott was a real pleasure! Amazing hotel with very comfortable rooms and great service. Loved the view and the cosmetics in the bathroom. Will gladly come back here. Thank you for the great service!

The rooms are just terribly dirty! We moved in with the baby, left him crawling on the carpet, and when she bent down to pick it up, she was stunned. Someone's tangled hair, stains, ingrained dirt. A thick layer of dust on the chair legs. We talked with the administrator and offered to move us to a room of a higher class. There is no carpet here, but there is still the same hair, false eyelashes, a thick layer of dust on the windowsill near the panoramic windows. I took napkins and had to wipe everything down. Question to the staff: you have typical identical rooms, why can’t you develop a procedure for cleaning the rooms. Remaking the bed and adding missing disposable items does not equal cleaning! A terrible impression from a hotel where we have already stayed more than once or twice. 10 thousand per night in the simplest room is an unreasonable price for such dirt, it’s just a shame!

I stayed 3 nights a this very new (I believe it has been open for about 6 months), extremly clean and smart Marriott hotel at the start of May. I'm Platinum status with Marriott and was given an upgrade to a Premium Suite on the 19th floor. The room was very spacious, with one small bathroom with toilet and a very large main bathroom with shower and a large bath. A separate sitting room area with large sofa, large TV, a desk, kitchen area with hob and fridge, and separate bedroom with a very comfy king size bed and another large TV. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The hotel seems to have an Executive Lounge on the 19th floor, however it was closed for the duration of my stay. In it's place I was offered complementary soft drinks and snacks all day and beer/wine with some larger plated snacks from 5:30pm-9:30pm from the bar on 7th floor. I would guess the Executive Lounge was closed due to the very low number of people staying at the hotel while I was there. On my first evening I was the only person in the restaurant and the 2nd morning I was the only person at breakfast. I felt a little guilty having a whole huge buffet all to myself! Overall the stay was very pleasant. The  only things I would suggest for improvement would be that there was no safe in the room, the only mirror in the whole suite was in the bathroom (it would benefit from a full length mirror in the room), there was no bin under the sink in the bathroom, and also I would suggest the bathroom amenities could be upgraded (they were the standard Green Mandarin products, normally suites have some slightly higher quality products) and include some bath salts for the beautiful huge bath tub. Lastly the air conditioning was a little noisy when running. It sounded a little like lots of water running through pipes. But overall very good and if I return to Voronezh I would definitely stay again and recommend others to do so.

Crawford is here. Probably the most famous skyscraper in Voronezh. Great for photos, especially at night. It is very large in size, inside there is a hotel where you can rent apartments from 8 thousand. rub. The apartments offer stunning views of the city. There are also various offices and the most modern gym

Excellent hotel, clean and spacious room, very cozy, original curtain in the bathroom. Delicious and filling breakfasts. Large hall for New Year's celebrations, good service.

Beautiful hotel, nice breakfast. God staff. Had a billing problem. On check out hotel wnted more money, then was expected. Although on check in exact amount had been negotiated. Also some technical difficulties: elevator broke, fridge was not functioning.

Lack of professionalism on the part of h-r specialist Lyubov Ivanova and head of the sales department Tatyana Bazarova. More than 3 weeks passed from the moment of response to the vacancy until the decision was made by the organization. I had an interview and an unpaid internship (4 hours), after which I was rejected. There was no feedback from HR specialist Lyubov Ivanova, so I called myself. They couldn’t give me an adequate reason for the refusal; they cited non-compliance with the dress code, even though it was observed. When I tried to get feedback, the response I heard was “are you interrogating me here?” As a result, due to personal hostility, without providing an adequate reason, I was refused. A month of uncertainty and 6 hours of wasted time.

On the way from Moscow to Rostov-on-Don, I decided to spend the night in Voronezh, on the way I called the hotel, they said there were any places, come and wait. I arrived, and the administrator, Svyatoslav, said: that, as I found out later, in the half-empty hotel, there was only one most unclaimed room (which, apparently, he was told, needed to be sold). I had to go to another hotel! There is still some negativity about the hotel.

Terrible and unprofessional attitude from the room manager. Money was debited from the card twice, when they couldn’t explain anything intelligibly about the return!

Excellent hotel! The service is 5 stars, everyone at the reception is smart, friendly, I want to highlight Evgenia and Stanislav (I don’t know his position, he looks like a butler))) they’re smart, kind and they suggested everything!!! The room was clean, everything was fine, we checked into the 17th floor, the view was great! Breakfast is very tasty and varied! Thank you for the service, my child and I liked everything, we will definitely return to your city!!

The hotel is a delight! But especially from the staff! We were passing through and had not booked a room in advance. But we clarified our wishes, answered questions, and made us want to stay there more than once! I’ll say this, I was in this grid in Krasnodar and Nizhny N., I didn’t like it at all! And yes, the restaurant is also in the hotel just mmmmm!
