no hair dryer in the room, old television, bad room heating system

I have been in many hotels, almost everywhere in the world. In Russia, I spent nights in over 50 hotels. 3.5 hours (three and a half) or 210 minutes for check-in is Guinness Book suspicious. I've never experienced so incompetent and bureaucratic staff. Unfortunately I had already prepaid the room! But a refund was not possible to look for another hotel. There were other foreigners who had to wait just over an hour ONLY, so to speak express check-in to our 3.5 hours! The cause was the previous day's registration, which was not available and had to be requested from the respective hotel. Since all other hotels more competent at the check-in proceed, no one could understand this behavior. A hotel before even apologized to me, although they weren't responsible for it. Who would like to spend a night in Voronezh, should look for any other hotel - other than "A Hotel Brno" aka "Hotel Azimut" !!!

I appreciated for gorgeous breakfast because I didn’t expect so many dishes have been served in the three-stars hotel! Keep it going, Azimut!
