I’ve been doing yoga with Albina for about two years now. I came to class with one goal - to correct my posture. I used to do aerobics and swimming, but only yoga, or rather yoga classes under the strict supervision of Albina, saved my back. She has an individual approach to everyone, she will tell you what to do and help you perform asanas in a way that is comfortable and beneficial. Albina tries to make her classes varied and interesting, and she succeeds :) Albino is a very attentive, competent teacher and just a wonderful, kind and open person! And I am infinitely glad that she is my teacher!) I recommend it!!!
