Although
the
location
of
the
hotel
is
very
good,
the
behavior
of
some
officers
and
the
methods
of
controlling
the
customers
are
very
uncomfortable.
The
officers
waiting
in
front
of
the
elevators
examine
your
hotel
card
every
time
you
come
to
the
elevator
in
a
manner
that
is
not
polite
at
all.
Five
times
some
days.
Even
the
stance
in
front
of
the
elevator
made
me
feel
like
a
prisoner
in
jail.
I
had
a
hard
time
understanding
the
reason
for
this
attitude
and
need.
The
officers
waiting
at
the
entrance
of
the
restaurant
asked
the
hotel
card
in
the
same
rude
manner
and
their
examinations
ended
our
breakfast
appetite.
Moreover,
they
want
you
to
take
your
jacket
off
before
you
sit
down
in
that
cold
weather.
So
shouldn't
it
be
necessary
to
heat
the
hotel
first?
Reception
staff
are
very
kind
and
smiling.
This
alone
has
been
a
source
of
comfort
for
us.
A
shame
to
this
hotel
from
the
symbolic
structures
of
the
Soviet
period.
It
was
amazing
when
I
stayed
14
years
ago.
