A charming building in the shape of a pier. Outside there is a cafe, restaurant, shops, and inside there is a gallery in the style of the early 20th century. The gallery also has a store of unusual lamps (see video) and a rhythmic gymnastics hall. Overall, it's not a big shopping center, but just a charming place with a nice atmosphere. If you want to feel like you're on an old ship, take a look there!

We visited the Shokoladnitsa cafe. The menu is standard for "Shokoladnits", but the prepared dishes were tastier than in other cafes of the chain. Polite waiters, spacious room. The only negative is that it takes a long time to prepare compared to other cafes in the chain, although there were few people.
