There are also groups for adults. In Aikido, the first training is free, which we took advantage of, but for other types you need to pay 500 rubles.

We took our daughter there and then started our youngest son in the section. Everything is not bad - the coaching staff is good, the prices are reasonable. We stopped taking our youngest (4 years old) because there was a draft in the hallway... You walk twice and he’s sick for three weeks 🤒 the point of walking disappears until he grows up and gets stronger. There are a lot of children walking around this +, but the children's locker room is very small, as a result of which there is a rush between classes.

I would like there to be security on all floors and at the entrance. There are a lot of children here. I saw the guard once out of 10 visits. But he didn't care. Who is going... Where is he going... In my presence, a woman trainer was working with a children’s group (at that time I was changing clothes in the women’s locker room) she screamed heart-rendingly, made comments in a hysterical manner... I’m very sorry for the children and their mental health! I don't recommend it
