I have stayed in most of the top hotels in Moscow and this is such poor value for money I would even go so far as to say it’ makes you angry. The similarly priced four seasons offers so much more including better all round views and better service. The host of other hotels located in the same area offer much more value for money. As this is a Marriott I can only assume that it’s target market are business travelers who have a global agreement with the chain or don’t care about wasting corporate cash. On the plus side the breakfast was awesome and the staff at breakfast attentive. The room with my superior view was nothing more then the back of some old. Buildings and in the far distance a church (marketed as church view). The rooms are small compared to other hotels including four seasons. They are renovating and so there is no waiting area for taxis so you either have to stay in the cold or stand in a narrow passage while others pass you by. Service is very weak (other then breakfast staff). Assume standard Marriott training that doesn’t account for the high end nature of this hotel. Nothing is done for you other then basic services. Poor poor poor. The National is same location and allot cheaper. Rooms are not as new but value for money is way better and I would even say service is better. Lotte is again cheaper rooms bigger and service significantly better. I spoke with a friend after my stay and he said he had the same experience and agreed this was an overpriced corporate hotel and not for any discerning guest.

Very central but on a very busy road. If you want to walk you have to face the noise and exhausts every time you leave the hotel. The entrance is cumbersome. The lobby is vacuous and unwelcoming. The rooftop bar has nice views but is not a particularly pleasant place to be. All-in-all, we did not enjoy our stay and will look to stay elsewhere next time.

Exceptional, breathtaking panoramic view on the most beautiful city of the world. I was greedy to give them the 5th star because of the slow service. Very slow, I had to get up few times to look for a waiter. No, it is not a five star service on the level of Ritz.

Amazing Location, at a walking distance from the Red Square. The Hotel has very nice, ample,newly refurbished rooms. The elevator lobby is nicely decorated, but there’s only one way to the lobby in the whole floor, and only one way to reach there. So you have to walk the whole floor across all rooms to get to the lobby. Breakfast was very delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were so welcoming, they used to get to our table to place our special orders of omelettes instead of us waiting at the cooking station. They kept replenishing our table with their amazingly delicious fresh juices and kept checking if we need any coffee or tea refills. The Hotel is still having some refurbishment works, so it’s a bit noisy during the day at the lobby.

Location, location, location is the best for me l! Excellent choice in Moscow, nice options around the hotel, staff are friendly. I hope they can add kid’s activity room at hotel which will make it easier for kids and families

Perfection! But if you are a smoker, which is a bad thing :), you will have to step out every once a while to smoke. Everything else, is just 5 star by all means.

Disappointed. The entire lobby is under reconstruction. The bar and restaurant in the top, that has great view on Kremlin and Red Square, was partially closed . Food was average.

Very great hotel. Staff are the best and available everywhere for help and greeting. Room was spacious and well furnished and all controlled by a small device for lights and curtains. Bathroom was great a good shower and a bathtub. Breakfast area is small and breakfast is average and can be improved. Would like to thank the house keeping for finding my forgotten items in the safe. Will go there again

It is one of the best 5 star international chain hotel. And it's really worth it's fame and luxury. Location is awesome, center of the Moscow, very near to Red Square. Here food is so delicious and services are first class, staff behaviour is very polite.

the staff is amazing and the hotel is nice but the ac is the worst it is so unbelievably hot the room temperature stays at 25 sometimes 26 i set the temperature to 16 multiple times and it stays at 25. And on top of that the hotel is under construction i cant sleep at all. They upgraded us to another room but its still hot.

This may have been the single best hotel experience of my life. They go above and beyond. I can't even begin to thank you enough. The concierge, Nikita, bent over backwards for us when our plans were threatened by a scammer. The lengths that he went to to save our night and our trip were simply above and beyond. If you are thinking of a trip to Moscow, it would be a huge mistake to stay anywhere else. Thank you Ritz-Carlton!

I stayed at the hotel for almost a week.. The rooms are refurbished and beautiful. Service was great and on point. We only had a slight problem with the AC not cooling the room, otherwise it was a great stay. Location is superb.
