Well, they decorated it beautifully. Having arrived from Russia to Moscow, I was glad to see such a beautiful building. But along the way I tripped over the tiles a couple of times.

TsUM — Central Universal Department Store is a high end department store in Moscow. The store is in a six-story historical Gothic Revival style building on Petrovka Street at Theatre Square in the Tverskoy District of central Moscow. This is a fashionable Department Store in the historical part of Moscow. Late Mrs. Alla Verber has created a mec of fashion with all high end brands with latest collections. Luxurious, elegant, quite with a great service. I would have send some Geneva boutiques salespersons to learn what service is. Even if you want have a quick lunch there is an elegant cafe for it with reasonable prices, delicious food and coffee, nice atmosphere and THE SERVICE. Bongenie and Globus are a simple C&A in comparison with TSUM. Even if you don’t want to buy anything, just go and visit it. Very glamorous place.

The worst department store in Russia. Probably even in the whole world. Don’t expect any good service from them, everyone is rude and hostile to the customers. The prices are ridiculously high and many times bigger than literally everywhere.

one of the best one stop shop for every kind of luxury items. too expensive and attractive. staff is very decent and wll behaved. the inner environment gives you the feel like one is in heaven of shoppers and trendy persons who like to fill their closet with different kind of branded clothing and accessories in fashion.

One of the most popular malls in Moscow. Home to top fashion brands however the variety is quite limited of to compared to other similar places and the prices are high. The building is located next to the big theater in the center and very good looking from the outside. It has some new contemporary brands which can be found only in Tzum and no where else .

A huge complex full of international brands

Very large but tidy store. I got to know Russia in a completely different way than it is portrayed in the West. Very modern and clean, people are nice, helpful and open-minded. There are rental bikes and electric scooters on every corner, free WiFi everywhere...poor Germany.

TSUM reminded me slightly of Selfridges but with a better customer service experience. The best of international designer houses from baccarat glassware to balenciaga belts are represented there. The layout of each of the houses is very well designed showcasing very interesting and eye catching items. I didn't buy anything but it was still a great window shopping experience.

if you want the best brands and variety you have to come here! the ideal place to get to know and get carried away by the splendor of the place.

A worth visited shopping mall in the heart of Moscow! You will find a great variety of cosmetics, fashion brands and accessories. Personally I prefer Tsum rather than Gum! Totally recommended!

Great bistro in one if the best department stores in Europe. Excellent quality, fair prices and a welcome respite from the assault on one's senses by the sheer indulgence of Tsum. Good place to rest and contemplate the purchase of the sable hat...

I love that the people here aren't aggressive and expect anything out of you. They are all informative and knowledgeable about what's on the shelf. If you're looking for the same products but with a percentage off I recommend going to афимол or if you want the real trash but with a negotiable price, дубровка.

Lots of defective items! Fakes! Crooked seams!!! Everything I've bought lately! Everything is crooked .. the seams are quality .. defects are sold at discounts ... generally like a market and not a Store ....

Great collection of brands and centrally located. Some of the sections are closed due to the Fifa World Cup Fan Fest.

Hi! Please be careful at Apple Department! There are certain differences in price shown on display and at the cash desk!!! Staff, when asked about it, says “oh, just a mistake”… so you should pay the higher price. BE AWARE!!!

Officially listed as a place for a covid quick test. Non English speaking staff told me I cannot be rested. Also looked for jewelry for my wife, but too poor selection.

Very high class shopping mall. Only the best brands. Very big, too notch service and very huge!

I have been there only twice , in 2015 and 2018. Everything is very expensive: like black caviar, sausages, cheese, vine, brand clothes and so on. It is interesting walking just for your entertainment, to see things what “rich” people can afford to buy like every day. But you can like me try very popular Russian ice cream “Eskimo”, it is quite tasty anyway. And it is very beautiful there. Thank you for reading my review. P. S. See photo 👇😇👇

Awful customer service when you try to return your purchase. I had to queue for 10 minutes, then the lady was extremely unpleasant and rude asking if I wore the vest and claiming that it smelled of food. She said “take a seat”, no please or thank you, and took off without explaining to me what’s going on. When I demanded to see a manager/director I was told that the employees were in their right to obtain “experts” opinion when in doubt whether to accept the return. I was told that a manager was coming to deal with my complaint (never showed up within the next 20 minutes I was there). The gentleman next to me had a similar problem with his return. The customer services wear no name tags whatsoever, even if you want to complain later you wouldn’t know who you were dealing with. Although the return was accepted in the end, I will never step foot in this store again
