August 21, 2023 Delight! Celebrated birthday in a delightful atmosphere! Gastronomic menu! We ordered dishes from all sections and they were all delicious, original, and fresh! Special flavor charm) - Eggplant salad! Melted gently! The rolls also flew away with lightning speed and delight! And even the chicken cutlet amazed me with its spectacular aftertaste! The restaurant chef is a real and skilled Wizard! Thank you for the gastronomic emotions from lunch! The staff is welcoming, friendly and attentive! And fireworks in the evening, tea with the famous Napoleon! On a river raft of course! The tiramisu and potatoes were also truly delicious! And the congratulations from the staff were an unexpected and pleasant surprise! Thank you for an amazing time and a real holiday! I recommend a mandatory visit!

Beautiful place on the river, they have nice combination of Russian and Asian dishes, we’ve tried their grilled fish and Turkey, very tasty. Also they are serving Shisha ( good place to chill out especially for smokers ).

I visited Prichal for the first time in 2004. It's a legendary establishment. Great menu featuring Russian, Caucasian/Central Asian, Oriental and European favourites. Great service. Great people watching experience. Can get busy at weekends in the Summer but that's because it is so good! In the Pandemic context I've been ordering deliveries - very nice too.

I visited this restaurant three years ago and it's standard is still high. Amazing views of the river and the food is of a really high standard. The beef capaccio I had was excellent and a slight twist on the Italian classic, plov was also great and filling although a little light on the lamb and the Panna cotta was really tasty. Given the Pandemic situation I would advise going later for lunch or early for dinner (14:30-17:30). They also have a floating table which you can take on the river for a more private dining experience but I believe you'll need to book in advance. Bookings for regular tables normally not needed and we had an excellent spot outside with great views. They have a kids menu too now which is a great help.

Five people asked for blankets five times, two girls and a child were freezing for 15 minutes at 14 degrees! The soup was cold, but not Gazpacho. At the next table, men were swearing dirty and drunken women with no hearing and no voice were loudly singing popular songs from the New Year's lights. Never ever. Just hell.

Great place on the river bank. You can rent a boat and row along the river. Or for a special celebration they have floating pavillions with a motor.

Great Place to Impress, Nature, Good People, Good Food

The location is 45 minutes away. But fun ride. We contacted the hotel employee. They assured us that there were no reservations for the floating dinner because there was no crowding. But we arrived and they asked for a reservation. Just foolishness...it costs 7500 for an hour. They have experience in Muslim requests. Enjoyable experience.

The attitude towards guests is terrible and the booking policy ❗️ We were told there were places, we arrived an hour later where they told us that there was no place for us to have a banquet and in fact there were a lot of free tables when asked why the hostess didn’t even get the chance to answer ❗️ Rudeness ❗️

The food is delicious and the view of the restaurant is amazing

We are regular visitors to this once wonderful establishment, but we have not experienced such disappointment from visiting the Prichal restaurant as last weekend (August 19, 2023). It is difficult to describe the degree of our indignation in words, but I will still try. Firstly, our repeated attempts to book a table in advance were unsuccessful due to the restaurant staff ignoring our calls. Secondly, upon arrival at the restaurant, in order to get the coveted place at the table, we were forced to stand in line for an hour and a half! The staff of the establishment was absolutely not interested in resolving the situation: free tables on the veranda of the restaurant were not offered to guests for unknown reasons; The hostess was completely indifferent and, moreover, allowed herself to communicate disrespectfully with those waiting in line. After we were finally seated at a table, the wait continued - this time we had to wait for the waiter. (Spoiler: they wouldn’t have made it if they hadn’t started attracting attention to themselves in every possible way, and quite actively at that). Then the dishes we ordered were brought to another table 😏😏, and only after refusal, the dishes were returned to their proper place. It's funny that after 10 minutes they also tried to hand us someone else's dish. There is a systematic error in the work of waiters. I would like to add that the ordered side dish was brought after two reminders to the staff. The third circle of Hell was marked by an extremely HOUR-long wait for the ordered dessert, which we also had to persistently beg from the waiters. I note that dessert was ordered immediately, along with the rest of the dishes. It should be noted the high-quality work of the kitchen and the incredible view from the veranda of the restaurant, to which the staff of this establishment, fortunately, has nothing to do. Total: two and a half hours of waiting, half an hour of enjoying the food and the view, and a critically bad mood for the whole evening. For which we thank everyone involved! We came to celebrate a friend, we only got a cake in honor of a friend the 3rd time, terrible service, no complaints about the food, no complaints about the atmosphere, but the waiters and assistants are terrible

Girls hostesses spoil the first impression of the establishment. It would be great if they were friendly and hospitable, which is what their position implies.

It would be enough to limit the review to this phrase so as not to spoil the first impression of the guests and give them the opportunity to plunge into the abyss of delights with their own hands, but I cannot help but praise the restaurant and its Staff (the capital letter here is not accidental). Food The food in this restaurant is not just food - it is a bridge to the world of pleasure and joy! I really liked the shrimp in wasabi sauce, I recommend it to all seafood lovers. And the kind of khachapuri that is served here cannot be found everywhere even in Georgia (and I’ve been there from Kakheti to Adjara). And after mastering all the delights of the main menu (and there is a full palette of delights), when you think that new tastes will not surprise you, it’s time for dessert, and for dessert here is the legendary “Napoleon” of the Prichal restaurant, just for the sake of touching this embodiment of tenderness it’s worth visit this establishment. Atmosphere and surroundings I was lucky to get a place by the water. There is pure beauty all around! At least call a landscape painter to capture and share these views. I also dare to note that in summer this is one of the few places in Moscow and the region where it is as comfortable as possible to sit in hot weather. And yet - I don’t understand how it is organized, but the atmosphere is most suitable both for dates with lovers and for family holidays; I have never felt such balance and harmony anywhere. Staff The service is consistent with all other components. The staff makes you feel as comfortable as possible with their smile, their movements, and their speech. I would especially like to praise Demid’s work; thanks to his advice and good nature, the day became richer and more enjoyable! p.s. I almost left my bag there. Apparently, the hospitality took its toll and by the end of the evening I already felt at home there
