It
is
very
difficult
to
spoil
Indian
marten,
but
the
local
guys
did
it.
Almost
everything
they
cook
is
either
simply
inedible
or
not
very
tasty.
Even
such
a
simple
dish
as
Sabledee
performed
by
Tali
Dosa
turned
from
an
aromatic
curry
into
a
cloudy
slurry
in
which
overcooked
vegetables
limply
sour.
The
same
can
be
said
about
all
paneer
dishes,
where
the
role
of
a
thick
sauce
is
played
by
something
watery
with
a
strange
smell.
There’s
not
even
anything
to
say
about
Dal:
the
main
dish
of
Indian
cuisine,
a
goose
stew
of
legumes
in
a
fragrant
sauce,
suddenly
became
a
thin
soup,
similar
to
the
leftovers
from
someone
else’s
dinner.
It’s
very
exciting,
because
when
they
first
opened,
everything
was
very,
very
tasty.
Well,
I
would
also
like
to
note
the
extreme
inhospitability
and
nervousness
of
the
Tali
Dos
staff
in
the
spirit
of
“there
are
many
of
you
here,
I
am
alone.”
