I visited Moscow back in May 2018 with a couple of friends. This is a nice place if you want to relax and chill for a few hours. There’s a contemporary arts museum inside the park called Garage and there’s a nice outdoor bar as well which we enjoyed. The flower gardens were beautiful too!

Gorky Park Museum in Moscow Visited on 7/10/2019 It is not in our group's itinerary to visit the museum. We come pass this imposing entrance gate of the museum, before we go to the restaurant near the river bank. In fact the grandiose colonnaded arch serves as the entrance to Gorky Park, too. After our dinner, followed by the river cruise, we pass the gate again, but now, the lights are turned on. It looks just magnificent. For a moment, I thought I was transported to ancient Egypt or somewhere in Athens or Rome.

Love the park, but the museum was rather lacking... tried to got to the rooftop but was closed. Came back the next day and the computer wasnt giving tickets, so we gave up.

Park is beautiful but not comfortable for walk after a rain. Water pools here and there block alleys and boards mounted on stairs for wheelchairs are very slippery.
