Just a small park. Ok for jogging/dog walking. The building in the middle has some free activities but you have to go through bureaucratic hell to get it. If it doesn't discourage you ask at the reception.

Small lovely park in the city center. It has place for kids, lots of benches and a public toilet. A bunch of cafes is close by so you can take away some foods or drinks. Especially like it in autumn with all the colored lives on the ground.
