This
is
*not*
what
I
would
expect
from
a
4-star
hotel.
The
quality
of
the
rooms
and
especially
of
the
service
are
more
in
line
with
a
2-star
budget
hotel
next
to
an
airport
or
something.
I'll
try
to
list
all
the
things
that
I
was
unhappy
with:
-
No
coffee
capsules
for
the
coffee
machine
in
my
room
when
I
arrived
-
there
was
no
showering
soap
in
the
container
on
my
first
day.
Luckily
I
brought
a
travel
pack
of
my
own
stuff.
I
left
the
container
next
to
the
sink,
thinking
that
the
housekeeping
will
see
it
and
refill
it
when
they
clean
the
room.
They
didn't
do
that,
twice.
I
then
asked
the
reception
to
tell
the
housekeeping
to
refill
it
and
they
still
didn't.
So
I
asked
a
second
time
and
the
receptionist
finally
went
to
my
room
herself
and
refilled
it
on
my
fourth
day.
-
housekeeping
forgot
to
replace
the
towels
they
took
when
cleaning
the
room
once,
so
I
had
to
go
get
some
from
the
reception
-
the
restaurant
service
is
abysmal.
The
waiters
let
you
sit
at
the
table
for
10
minutes
without
giving
you
a
menu,
they
constantly
misunderstood
our
orders
(happened
twice
that
they
brought
out
multiple
dishes
without
a
certain
ingredient
when
only
one
of
them
was
ordered
without
e.g.
cheese),
we
had
to
ask
them
to
remove
our
empty
plates
from
the
table
after
30
minutes
while
being
the
only
guests
in
the
restaurant.
-
restaurant
prices
are
really
high.
You'll
pay
almost
20€
for
a
burger.
It's
a
good
burger,
don't
get
me
wrong,
but
it's
not
worth
20€.
But
since
there
is
nowhere
else
to
go,
you
have
no
choice
but
to
pay
the
outrageous
prices.
-
laundry
service
cost
me
64€
for
a
handful
of
shirts
and
underwear.
The
receptionist
never
told
me
how
incredibly
expensive
it
is
when
I
asked
about
the
service,
I
was
told
after
the
fact.
-
housekeeping
doesn't
care
where
you
put
the
used
towels
and
will
give
you
new
ones
every
day,
even
though
there
is
a
big
sticker
in
the
bathroom
telling
you
to
hang
the
towels
if
you
want
to
reuse
them
to
conserve
resources.
-
the
location
is
in
the
middle
of
nowhere,
nearest
bus
station
is
15
minutes
on
foot
away
and
it
takes
20
minutes
on
the
bus
to
get
to
the
city
center.
Without
a
car
you're
absolutely
screwed
here,
since
there
are
not
even
proper
sidewalks
here.
-
when
asked
if
everything
was
okay
during
checkout
I
said
that
it
was
so-so.
The
receptionist
didn't
inquire
any
further
and
instead
just
laughed
a
bit
before
handing
me
the
bill.
All
in
all
it
was
not
a
very
pleasant
experience
staying
here,
especially
considering
we
paid
about
100€
per
night
and
expected
a
proper
4
star
hotel.
What
we
got
was
a
subpar
experience
that
reminded
me
of
ibis
style
budget
hotels
that
cost
25€
per
night.
Definitely
should
not
book
here
if
you
have
a
choice.
