This is not a 4* hotel. No fridge in room, only 2 towels, no bathmat, lots of things in the room were old and broken... especially in the bathroom. Ok we got a cheap price on booking, so it was fine for 1 night, but it's like a cheap overnighter (think ibis budget style)

It iiiis what it iiis.... A hotel near a Highway. It wasnt as loud as expected, which was nice. The breakfast was standard. We booked a three bed room, with only three towels for showering!? The double bed only had one bedcover... for the price it was okay and appropiate for our bike tour.

Easy to reach via the A2. Charge the Tesla, take a bite, snack or dinner (better than the Mc Donald’s) or to book a night. You can easily travel to Den Bosch for an awesome weekend. Great service in the restaurant, very friendly staff.

Unfortunately our worst Hotel stay in years! AC broken during 38 degrees summer days, no notice at check in. Had to pay in advance, room was terribly hot, window facing the loud and super close highway. Not a penny back, but a comment that we could leave at any time. Terrible service, dark small rooms, lousy breakfast. What a shame, the town is so pretty! But the hotel, should be called a ditch.. not recommended 🤷🏽‍♂️

We were here for one night only. We booked the cheapest hotel we could find and didn't expect a lot to be fair. But we were pleasently surprised with our room, couldn't really ask for something else. Was very clean, modern and had everything you need and even more. Super happy with our stay and would come back on our next trip for sure! :) You just need your own car or book a taxi...

This is *not* what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The quality of the rooms and especially of the service are more in line with a 2-star budget hotel next to an airport or something. I'll try to list all the things that I was unhappy with: - No coffee capsules for the coffee machine in my room when I arrived - there was no showering soap in the container on my first day. Luckily I brought a travel pack of my own stuff. I left the container next to the sink, thinking that the housekeeping will see it and refill it when they clean the room. They didn't do that, twice. I then asked the reception to tell the housekeeping to refill it and they still didn't. So I asked a second time and the receptionist finally went to my room herself and refilled it on my fourth day. - housekeeping forgot to replace the towels they took when cleaning the room once, so I had to go get some from the reception - the restaurant service is abysmal. The waiters let you sit at the table for 10 minutes without giving you a menu, they constantly misunderstood our orders (happened twice that they brought out multiple dishes without a certain ingredient when only one of them was ordered without e.g. cheese), we had to ask them to remove our empty plates from the table after 30 minutes while being the only guests in the restaurant. - restaurant prices are really high. You'll pay almost 20€ for a burger. It's a good burger, don't get me wrong, but it's not worth 20€. But since there is nowhere else to go, you have no choice but to pay the outrageous prices. - laundry service cost me 64€ for a handful of shirts and underwear. The receptionist never told me how incredibly expensive it is when I asked about the service, I was told after the fact. - housekeeping doesn't care where you put the used towels and will give you new ones every day, even though there is a big sticker in the bathroom telling you to hang the towels if you want to reuse them to conserve resources. - the location is in the middle of nowhere, nearest bus station is 15 minutes on foot away and it takes 20 minutes on the bus to get to the city center. Without a car you're absolutely screwed here, since there are not even proper sidewalks here. - when asked if everything was okay during checkout I said that it was so-so. The receptionist didn't inquire any further and instead just laughed a bit before handing me the bill. All in all it was not a very pleasant experience staying here, especially considering we paid about 100€ per night and expected a proper 4 star hotel. What we got was a subpar experience that reminded me of ibis style budget hotels that cost 25€ per night. Definitely should not book here if you have a choice.

Did not stay in the hotel but its restaurant and bar is a nice place to drink coffee and have some rest after a busy day while charging your car at the nearby charging station.

Room 327 I stayed for two weeks, great hotel and good service people. Today Sunday 23-07-2023: The check out was strange. Although I spoke Dutch to the receptionist, she kept answering in English. She might be a foreiner whome speaks English and little bit Dutch, otherwise it was a strange behaviour. I speak English and Dutch fluently.

Very, very poor service from hotel staff. Two nights in a row we were warned that we need to pay our drinks. Everybody knows for the things which have been ordered need to be payed. It's a offensive. During the nights, disgusting smell of weed in hallways. As per them, kitchen is closed at different time each day. Never again.

Been there on business trip. Rooms very old. At breakfast due to two large travel groups it was not possible to get coffee because coffee machines are not able to handle the load in time. (or you need to wait 10 minutes in the queue before the machine). Location around the hotel. There is a highway with 6 lanes. But a Tesla hypercharge if you need this. And a MC Donald which is closed. But that's all. At the back of the hotel where you had to park your bike (cars can be parked in the front directly. And this in the Netherlands which is known as bike friendly) is a lake and some silence at the evening (until restaurant through away the empty bottles)

Friendly, okay but not great pricing, comfy enough, bare bones rooms, enough space, good shower. The 'surprise' 5 euro per day per car parking fee is pretty rediculous though!

Good value for the money, enjoyed my stay here. Nothing to complain about!

Visited this place to charge the car. The receptionist seems to be racist..Ignored greetings and gave a disgusting look as if she had seen an ugly animal. Except this, I hope other things should be okay.

Fantastic 2 nights, nothing was a problem for the staff. Rooms were amazing well equipped. Location was fantastic 👌

The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and arrogant. We cancelled the breakfast 1 day early with her and next day she wanted us to pay for it.. She even checked with the waitress that my friend didn't eat like we were cheating children... She even raised her voice instead of apologising for her mistake. She refused to call her supervisor. She should not work in the customer service as she can't control her harsh personality. The room is quite noisy as it is next to the motorway and very small. The shower was disgusting. This place hardly reserve 3 stars.. Breakfast was very poor and both coffee machines were broken. I will never recommend Fletcher to anyone

As bad as any highway hotel and as expensive as a 5 stars. Small rooms, your choice between cold or noisy heat, rust in the bathroom, no shampoo just hand soap (no shower gel, just hand soap), no minibar, no gym…I don’t know why it has 4 stars when it’s clearly 2 and very expensive.

Very unpleasant staff and terrible service. Was getting my groceries and came back and someone else was coming out of my room and the safe was open. Made a complaint by the staff and they laughed it away. I would not recommend to stay here and certainly not with the price they are asking.

Booked a 1 night, cheapest room for 2, without breakfast. Thought it was one of the nicest 4 star hotels I’ve been to! The pressure of the shower was very good. The isolation of the room was also perfect (no noise from the highway). We reached by public transport from Den Bosch and it was ok (bus 4 or 6 both work). Less than 30 minutes bus + walk. If you’re young and not carrying big luggage, it’s ok. It’s a 10 minute walk. The room had an extra pillow, hair dryer, coffee and tea, two bed side tables with enough plugs and we could connect the phone to the TV and watch a movie of our choice. Very convenient also that it has a 7am-midnight McDonalds in front of it, so we had breakfast at McCafe. The only minor cons would be that the heater was a bit low, so at first it was a bit too cold - but expected for the energy crisis we are living; and that the TV had a limit of 35 sound which was too low (but we just downloaded a volume booster on the phone and fixed it 🫣) The staff was friendly as well and efficient. No complaints in general!

Comfortable hotel for a 1 night stay to freshen up.

Nice and friendly staff, but at the end of the day, not being able to sleep properly because of the noise (hotel located across the highway) is what makes or brakes the rating...

No signs of renovation since 90s, rooms look like in an old road motel, reception rude and not helpful, housekeeping not present at all, just replace towels.

Nice place to sit for a drink, while the car is charging. Service was a bit slow for it having been so quiet.... food was well prepared and more than enough.

Room was decent. Parking cheap. But from the first second until the last second that team was not professional. They couldn’t give us a receit, couldn’t find our booking after we paid. I guess that’s common because I was there with Others.

To start with what we did wrong: we brought our dog unannounced, he managed to escape from our room, enter another one and mark his territory there (or was scared into leaving a small message?). For this we apologized and were charged extra for extra cleaning. Now the hotel itself. Staff at the reception (at least 4 out of the 5 we met) were generally friendly and helpful. Rooms are good enough. However, the rooms were not very clean to begin with. Spiderwebs and dust in the room, and dirt in the bathroom. What I found really bothersome was the litter on the parking just outside the entrance. There was a food take-away bag for at least 2 nights, and several balloons, I suspect used for nitrous-oxide. This gives the place an impression of being run-down and desolate. Breakfast was nice, and we slept well. What did bother me, was that we paid in advance for 4 people, and 4 breakfasts per day. We chose not to order all 4 breakfasts every day. When we asked for 4, we were told we should make sure that it was paid for, while we did not get a reduction offered for not using all pre-paid breakfasts. All in all, I'm not sure we will stay here again.

Rooms were fine, however they do not include shampoo and/conditioner. The location is only nice if you own a car as there is no public transport station nearby. Staff was unfriendly and totally not providing a ‘hotel-feeling’. They even tried to charge us more tourism tax during check-out when we already paid the tourism tax during check-in. Furthermore, we smelled weed/cigarette smoke in our room and hallway. We called the reception. The worker told us he would knock on our door and look in our room. After 10 min, no one has knocked on our door. We called the reception again and he claimed that he went upstairs and did not smell anything. We also heard a lot of noise of neighbours and water running which all prevented us from having a good sleep. This experience was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had and I would not recommend staying here.
