Novus is wonderful. Only problem is that Ukrainian people don't know how to wait for their turn at the check out. The are cutting in front of you or climbing your back when waiting in the line 😕

The reason why I give 4 stars is the prices, otherwise everything in this supermarket is great, you can find almost everything you want from supermarket, staff are very friendly, baking sections very nice, space between shelves is very good to move freely without touching other customers (which is rare in Ukraine) expect 20% overpriced for almost all items, very recommended for people who are visiting the city for vacation or short trip, for locals and residents it is a bit expensive, overall i love this place and hope the management reconsidering the prices.
