Be aware of Fake reviews ! Don't know where to start, it seems that the good reviews are either paid, friends , Family of the restaurant owners or not epicure at all !! In details: hope the restaurant owners takes action to enhance such mistakes. During reservation call nobody gave the option of the outdoor seating area. This restaurant is not Family friendly as it has no Non smoking area !! And this was shocking as we have a 6 months and a four years old that should not be exposed to such environment. We have requested to sit outside they told us it is fully booked, however some people came in the same time and did not like it inside so they moved them outside easily. While we finished our food and it was still empty outside. Waiters are friendly especially Captain Omar he was such a dear one he served us well, and got our feedback pleasantly. We ordered plenty of plates i will not mention the ok ones. Halloumi sticks are tasteless and we could not eat them. Caesar Salad with chicken is not edible at all . It was cheap lettuce and dried old cold chicken. Quinoa Tabbouleh is dry , no dressing at all , nor salt. Ezme Salad portion is very small. Sofia ouze was cold along with cold rice. Adana Kabab was very cold but tastes ok Firin beyti Kabab were also cold. And tasteless. Alinazik eggplant chop shish could not be eaten as it was very very very bad. Iskender doner also it is cold and taste is not great ( meat and yogurt it should be with Garlic sauce ) Prices are not expensive if the food was ok . Never again !!

This star is just for decency!!! Over rated , high prices, small portions Even if you accept this, food is bad, meat is either raw or over burned!!! I don’t recommend it , one of my worst experiences

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Shams Sofia restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. The morning spread was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The staff's friendliness and prompt service made the meal even more enjoyable. Whether it was the perfectly Turkish tea or the mouthwatering pastries, everything left a lasting impression. Shams Sofia is now my go-to place for a delightful breakfast outing.

Rather cheap for such popular and delicate restaurant. Some dish are very nice and some are just average. Will recommend the lamb shank, and hummus, and the beef plate, and shawarma, but the cheese sticks and kebab are average.

Came to Sofia for a late afternoon business lunch. Plenty of parking, seating available inside and out, well staffed. The food was beautifully presented, friendly staff. Wide variety of Turkish food, the hummus with figs was pretty much the best hummus I've ever had! First time having beetroot mutabal, also pretty good. Would definitely recommend eating here!

The food is not that great . Baba ghanouj was too sour while the salad needed more lemon. Tried the Iskender doner, which was very bland and tasteless. Also the kumpir was flavorless and bland compared with other restaurants that serve it in Amman. The only dish I would recommend from there is the Chiter beyti kebab. Finally the servers mixed up with our receipt and added a cola that we never ordered even though I clarified that we did not order it to the waiter before they gave us the received but we had to pay for it anyways.

The main meal portions were huge, enough for two people. Not a lot of options for vegetarians. The muhumarah was a bit strange- cold mashed potatoes as the middle layer. Nice staff, very helpful. Will visit again.

One of the finest Turkish restaurants in Amman. They have a diverse menu of Turkish food items from soups to starters to main courses to dessert. They also serve tea right at the end. Their seating is very elegant, there is street parking and underground parking, the staff are friendly, the service is excellent, and their prices are below what one would expect to pay at such a place. Reservations are highly recommended. They accept payment by card or cash.

Overall the food, service and cleanliness was good. The orfa patlıcan was the best. The baity kebab was also extremely delicious i would definitely recommend! All kebab plate’s taste really good. All döner plates I didn’t really like.. but my family liked.. i felt it tastes like cheap martadella.. Prices are great for portions and quality..

There are not too many Turkish restaurants in Amman, and so I decided to dine here for breakfast one time. I had the che kofte and eggplant yalanji. Not much main non-mezzo vegetarian/vegan options. Tasted decent. Beautiful interior decor. The customer services was just average. The cons: most of the indoor space is dedicate to smoking. At the time we dined there the “non-smoking (or outdoor, I don’t know)” was closed.

The best Turkish restaurant I have been to so far great experience and recommend it a lot tried the half lamb shoulder with two kind of rices comes with yogurt and honey for 2 persons , and mixed grill mashawi 1 kilograms shish Tawouk , kofteh, awsal, and more, and also comes with it rice in addition , and for appetizers I got hummus and eggplant mutabal and the fruit salad with dried peach slices, lettuce, and potato and their special sauce and got this dessert I got the baklava with pistachio and ice cream on top of it as well, 10/10. Great service and friendly staff, great atmosphere and amazing food recommend you to dine in because it have a great place to sit at inside and outside as well.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious turkish dishes, beautiful presentation, I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. I have to say that I enjoyed every single bite of the meal.

That was my second time trying this place. One last year after a month of their opening and this one recently. This is a good option for authentic Turkish food and Turkish ambience lovers. The starters and main dishes were mostly tasty and presented in a colourful and impressive manner. The staff gives fair recommendations on what and how much to order so feel free to ask. The place is easy to access and offers valet parking. There was some delay in serving some of the requests but it was fixed with a free dish by the end. Some of the desserts on the menu were not available. Expect to pay around 15 JD per person.

Came here with a party of 7 and had a great experience overall! Very family friendly. Reasonably priced and great service. The atmosphere is nice. Food is good too, many options. We had a variety of dishes , but anything off the menu will probably be good.

Very nice place Overall the food is very good . Items from the grill were very good .. with a distinctive Turkish taste .. The service was reasonable given the fact that it was a full house on a weekend .. The deserts were amazing !! Save some room for it . Great place for family My choice

I would easily give it five stras but oak meat were a little bit dry! I love this place. The second dish were amazing, I went there many times absolutely worth every penny!
