I've ordered a Local Deluxe with no spam, all Portuguese sausage, on several occasions, and was only charged the regular price, which is $8.29 now. So I arrived around 9am, and I tried ordering it. After ordering it the same way, I don't know why she kept charging me an extra $2.69 for the sausage. After asking her several times why I was being overcharged, she would change it and kept on charging me extra each time. It just wasn't registering in her brain. I thought to myself, is she messing with me? I was so frustrated with this girl, I told her to cancel my order, I don't want anything. Thank God the line ahead was quick. I was in the drive-thru an extra 2 minutes. I just wasted 10 minutes of my life in that line. I guess I can look at it this way. If I got what I ordered, I would've lost at least 10 minutes of my life eating it. I'm still gonna die at least 10 minutes earlier anyway because I went to the other McDonald's a mile away and ordered the Local Deluxe with no spam, all Portuguese sausage, with no problems.

This place is consistent in service and food. I appreciate that the staff are always friendly.

Not 24 hours. Showed up at 0100 and the drive thru is blocked off. Total waste of time.

The person taking my order at the drive thru was great and friendly but the person handing me my order didn't say anything, didn't even smile, and did not say thank you.

I was totally surprised! Waiting in drive thru to order breakfast platter in Ewa Bch this morning. Getting ready to pay and asked for a 10$ GC to be added, SURPRISE !!! I was told by cashier they no longer sell GC in drive thru i would need to go inside! Which means I'd have to find a parking stall then go inside and wait in line !? Well, went thru Taco Bell drive thru and got their GC. What's the deal???

They are the best at what they do and hardly get the recognition they deserve!!! Thank you for all you do for the public I’ve always have consistency with this location in particular. Thank you for not being the average McDonalds burger shack. You’re quality of staff and product is appreciated. God Bless!!

I ordered a grimace shake. I also ordered one McFlurry with the grimace shake mixed in. I was told they can't do it. I watch the mix all the other flavors together and shakes and McFlurries while I was standing there. Absolutely disappointing

I love McDonald's but lately this place needs to training to welcome, thank you or have a nice day. Say something!! And there's always mistakes on my order or there's no ice cream. They also advertised the shamrock shake but they don't have it.

Stopped by for lunch and came for an unexpected and unpleasing quarter pounder with cheese. A baby roach on the side of my sandwich ! When I took the QPC back to let them know about it they acted like it was a normal thing to happen. Overall they did make me another QPC meal, but felt lost of appetite to eat it so then asked for a refund back after waiting for 15 minutes.

Ewa beach. McDonald’s is very good!! it’s good because they are fast with service, you will get your food hot they always have food in stock. They never run out of ice cream, or their machines are never down the lines move fast. Overall, this is one of the two best McDonald’s. I go to because I’m always in an out I’m happy with what I get a busy bee in a rush to go home to feed her family which McDonald’s is #1

This is complete false advertising. This location is NOT open 24/7 and should be listed as so. What a waste of time

A business that is not open 24/7 should not advertise as being so. This is false advertisement at its worst and should be changed.

They got my order wrong, we asked for a 20 piece chicken nugget a Big Mac and a deluxe mccrispy I got the Big Mac and chicken nuggets but I got a cheeseburger instead of a Mccrispy
