We got ochazuke - the salmon was traditional style, and the snapper had sesame paste in it. We had some tempura, which was incredibly light and fluffy. We also got chicken breast yakitori - it was served as a sliced breast, not on skewers, and was possibly the best chicken breast meat I've ever eaten. The meat itself was so moist I thought it might be dark meat at first, and the skin was blackened to a crisp. So good! We also got delicious matcha ice cream for dessert. Make sure to order drinks - the house tea is a delicious sencha. Their house sake (#1) is amazing - as best we could tell, it's a very old house recipe.
