Visited here today and loved it. Staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable and the environment is so lovely and artsy! Good coffee blend and the cakes are out of this world- definitely make sure you treat yourself to one ❤️ New favourite place !!

Visited on Saturday and the atmosphere was extremely friendly and welcoming. Nothing beats a chilled out spot such as this. The food is fresh and made on site. You can tell that the owners really care about the service so me and the family will definitely be returning to this New Brighton gem!

A welcome addition to Victoria Road. Friendly relaxed coffee and wine bar. Great selection of cakes and more food to come. Delicious espresso Martini and good beer.

What a golden gem of a place. In the heart of New Brighton serving a fabulous breakfast. Clearly a popular new venue that seems to have hit the right cord with locals. I had the Chorizo Hash and Sourdough toast with a Cappuccino. I will be back!

Fabulous atmosphere & thank God for a place where healthier & more modern varied menu is available. Plus plenty of vegan options too. Enjoyed yummy peanut butter banana & chia seeds on sourdough. Perfect. 👌 Also, 114 is dog friendly - absolutely delighted! 🐶 Came back to try pizza 🍕🍷 of an evening with friends. Absolutely delicious! So refreshing not to be shouting over loud music, really attentive staff, fast service and the desert was lush. ❤️❤️❤️

What an absolute gem this place was. My partner recommended it, and I was very glad she did. Not an overwhelmingly large menu, but the options were well varied, flavourful, and prepared incredibly well. A coffee with a peanut butter & banana sourdough on toast was delicious, and came in at a very reasonable price. Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and well presented. One of those places you'd happily revisit over and over. Absolutely flawless experience all around.

Gorgeous food. One of the best fried eggs I have ever eaten. Beautifully presented. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We will be back to try more of the menu.

Popped in for cake and coffee, good oat milk latte and hot chocolate. The ginger cake was delicious. The have a food menu which is available until 3pm, earlier in the week. They also open of an evening during the weekend. Friendly staff and in a great location.

Fantastic local place. Brunch/lunch food is very tasty and great quality. The service is very friendly, both Vick and Bob are brilliant hosts. The evening vibe is relaxing and the pizzas are gorgeous. We are so lucky to have this gem in our Neighborhood.

One of the best brunches I've had in a long time. Mushroom hash with a fried egg. The harissa it was cooked in was divine. The Ferraro Rocher cruffin was delicious. Great coffee too, with oat milk available.

Absolutely love this place, it's our local cafe and we go every few weekends. The food and service is fantastic as is the atmosphere. They also hold wood fired pizza evenings which are excellent. Thank you for being such a community hub 🙌

From time to time, we all come across places that are unexpectedly special. This is, without a doubt, the best cafe I’ve had the pleasure of visiting in years. We spent 4 days in New Brighton & visited Social 114 every day. Because it’s so good. The service is the right level of friendly, the coffee & beer were great, as was the food (we had brunch two days in a row & the creamy mushrooms are off the scale delicious) the cakes were fantastic, and importantly for us, the understanding/attentiveness to allergies was on point. Keep doing what you’re doing, Social 114. There are other great things I haven’t mentioned in this review that were also wonderful, & I hope we return one day to try your pizzas. Wish more cafes would do what you’re doing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visited today for the first time had scrambled egg and smoked salmon on sourdough toast, absolutely delicious. So nice to have a proper mug of tea too! Lovely friendly polite staff, extremely clean. Lots of vegetarian choice too. I will be back! If you do nothing else this week, treat yourself to breakfast here!

I absolutely love the atmosphere ,the food is amazing also there is lots of vegan options. came here every day for 3 days I definitely recommend the vegan blueberry muffin. in my opinion there is nothing bad about this café 🤩🤩🤩😀👍
