I placed a order for a small donner kebab amoung other things and one of the options when ordering the kebab is 1, in a container 2, wrapped so me assuming as the first is a container I picked the second one not wanting condensation from a Styrofoam container. when the order arrived the donner kebab was just meat in a Styrofoam container with a small cheap wrap on the side, not what I expected I called the restaurant to find out why I had no pitta for my kebab to be told I order a wrapped so it was a wrap I got so I explained the options where either in a container or wrapped so how do I choose pitta they said I need to select in a container and write in the comments I want a pitta. nowhere on the app does it say this and the restaurant did not want to correct the order blaming me and just eat and just told me to raise it with justeat directly. poor setup of the menu and no offer to correct this obvious error on the site by the restaurant just told that I was wrong and they were busy!

We tried buggsy's on recommendation from a former work colleague and we are so glad we did. Their website is fantastic, there's plenty of choice for everyone, the portion sizes are amazing and the food itself is absolutely mouthwatering! The delivery guy's are really lovely and they always deliver the food piping hot. We highly recommend you give them a try.

Place ws clean, staff friendly, pizza was delicious

Just had our first takeaway from here. Pizza was fresh and delicious and kebab was great. Mozerella sticks nice and soft and well done. Will defo go again.

I'm at Buggsy's almost every week, ordering pizzas. The food is always delicious, and you get a lot of chips, even for small portions! Pizzas and garlic bread are the best, and they are quick at cooking it too. Staff are always nice and friendly when I go in. I've eaten from plenty of take outs in the area, but once we found Buggsy's, we stuck with them. Try the heart attack burger, they are to die for!

Delivery driver ignored instruction to ring when outside because the buzzer will wake the baby up so night was ruined due to the baby being woke up. Food was good

Gorgeous food, it's our go-to takeaway. Great value for money. Their Chicken / Donner kebabs and pepperoni tower pizza are delicious, I'm sure the rest of the menu is too but those are that nice we just keep getting them! Really warm welcome everytime from all the friendly staff. If you fancy a takeaway tonight (or any other night) then head straight to Bugsys, it's amazing!

Ordered from here many times and never had a bad experience. Delicious food no matter what I’ve ordered. Delivery time is quick, food is still hot, cannot say a bad word. Also don’t understand why people are giving this place good reviews in the comments but leaving 1 star? Strange, but here’s 5 stars.

My son found a piece of plastic inside his Garlic bread. Was told he would get a refund and replacement. Then got a call back to say he wouldn't get either! Environmental health is now involved!
