    I would give this 0 stars if possible. Absolutely disgusting reception staff and incompetent doctor. I booked an appointment to have a severe pain in my breast checked and the hospital were unable to treat me without a referral. I booked myself in with this doctor who gave me 1 missed call on private number (which i tend to keep blocked). Luckily i had my eye on mu phone expecting this call, and i called back in less than 2 minutes, the receptionist confirmed she ‘refreshed the system’ and i should expect a call back within the hour. 3months later and absolutely nothing. I will definitely report this doctor to the CQC and this practice for several reasons including having more patients registered that the practice can actually accomodate. Awful service and disgusting negligence towards patient care.

    Patricia! Possibly the worst receptionist I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! I totally understand that receptionists are under pressure but that is absolutely no reason to address people the way in which she does. Totally unprofessional! Horrendous attitude! We had to make a similar appointment, through her, the previous week and the doctor failed to call us. When we mentioned this today, she denied all knowledge and said we were lying! Unbelievable! Patricia is giving this practice a very bad reputation. We’ll be making an official complaint directly to the doctors.

    Never had a bad experience with any of the staff or practitioners, i have always found them helpful. Biggest issue is the booking system. Have to call at 8:30 whilst on school run and going to work. Wait in a que then as I get to number 2 phone starts ringing for 5 minutes and I get cut off. This definitely isn't a one off as nearly everytime I have needed to make an appointment over the last few years this has happened . When I call and explain after 9am can't get an appointment as all appointments are gone. There must be a better system than this. I know Dentists are very busy, have lots of treatment and emergencies but appointment system is miles better. Why get everyone to call at the same 30min period crazy

    Wish I could rate it zero stars. My family moved to this GP last year and there were some transferring issues. It is understandable that issues are inconvenient but have some tact and respect when dealing with them. Also called them today to book my first ever appointment and I didn’t know if I needed a doctor or nurse. The receptionist instantly sounded frustrated and impatient. She didn’t bother to explain which one I needed until I asked a third time! I imagine being a receptionist is stressful, but a receptionist is considered the face of a company. One of the skills you need is good interpersonal skills, i.e. good customer service. In the most simple terms, YOU provide US with service, not the other way around! After today, I am moving to another practice. I really hope this company Dr Oraelosi and Partners will reevaluate who they have at their front desk. Judging by the other reviews, this really is a make or break situation. One more thing. I understand if you (the company) are unwilling to address issues brought up by other reviewers on a public platform, but don’t tell us to confront the practice by contacting them. It is your company’s responsibility, not ours, to relay feedback so that they can improve their service.

    Awful practice, can't get appointments when you do they don't listen to you, only Dr worth seeing here is Dr mystery. The receptionist Patricia is awful, leave paperwork with her she loses it. A specialist will write to the practice with important instructions but they wait for you to phone to chase it up. Then they book you a pointless appointment with the gp for the gp to tell you they have actioned it, Ridiculous that's what receptionists are for. There has also been a fault with the phone line, 2hrs on hold I walked to the surgery and asked them why the phone hasn't been answered the phone in the office was silent, they said they know there's a problem but nothing's been done to have it fixed. Also the practice manager avoids and ignores all complaints suffered this practice too long, time to find a new gp. Edit. Thank you for your response, I have contacted you directly and you have nothing to say other than make a complaint to the same practice manager who doesn't action anything. You have my name so YOU contact the patient and her family you are letting down. A 9 year old boy has been left to suffer because of your debunked surgery. Update the only Dr who can tell you your blood results are the Dr that ordered it. They make the rules up as they go along. Its like pissin in the wind with this lot

    Receptionist team is so bad. She told me to wait and take a seat and when I got up to ask her what’s taking so long she forgot to print my forms out because she was on her phone and told me to come Monday as she was too busy trying to log out and leave for the day!

    After being in touch with this surgery for almost a year, I agree with the reviewers that they should get zero stars for their awful service. I had a really bad experience, especially with the reception section of the surgery, they are not working honestly. They show incompetency in their service, especially the elder ones. I hope after seeing such an awful rating and a bad experience of people with them, they may consider changing their bad policies and arrogant behaviour towards people especially for non uk citizens.

    Worst GP EVER, no appointments, receptionist will advise you wrong advice, long waiting on the phone to be told no appointment, as don’t have enough doctors, this GP IS A JOKE, doesn’t Even deserve 1 start.

    Very happy with the service at the practice. I am an ex practice manager and started using Gp services more often since August last year. The responses from doctors are prompt and efficient, I am able to receive urgent medical advice from doctors on the same day. Happy with E- consult service.

    I have nothing but praise for the whole staff at this surgery in snakes lane woodford . Patricia and all other the reception ladies are fantastic 100% first class polite firm and professional trust me without them i would not be here today . On 3rd jan . I was sent by Dr Mistry and his students he had on duty that day with him at Snakes lane to hospital their quick verdict on me saved my life . I wont go into detail.     Sometimes difficult to get appointments but perhaps more representative of wider challenges in the NHS. The telephone consultation service is useful, but I'd advise keeping your phone on you all day if you have a consultation because not all Drs will call you back if you miss the call. Patricia is usually the one to answer when I ring and she is very helpful and concise.

    I am so happy i changed my doctors to this clinic, the care i am now getting is amazing! Sorting out my health conditions, actually seeing face to face appointments. My health has deteriorated in the past few years.
