Edit - Be careful leaving a public review about this practice. They didn't like mine and wrote to me to tell me they are removing me from their practice and that I now need to find a new G.P. Shocking service. They claim to have 10k patients and get 100s of e-consults a day which is why they vet them all and have someone decided if you should see a GP or not. They are OK taking money from the NHS for the 10k patients but don't want to see any of them. Absolutely pathetic and should be investigated. Basically, GPs want the £££s but can't be bothered doing the work. This apparently is the way all practices work now and if that'strue, they all need investigating.

Firstly, trying to ring up and contact this practise is an absolute joke. I’ve recently had a newborn and with the inability to do an e-consult online for anyone under 6 months of age, trying to contact the practise for advice or help is ridiculous. Then when we manage to get into contacting them, the line is always busy. Then we got prescribed some mediciation, only for my partner to get a call the day after, saying that they wanted to change it instantly. Luckily its currently not a life changing situation for ourselves , but I feel that the procedure for a newborn and ability to actually contact a GP is disgusting. Especially for other newborns who may end up with worse situations. When my partner has spoken to people on the phone in the practise, she felt like she was being palmed off and rushed without being able go explain the situation properly

Impossible to speak to someone. Phone line continually engaged!! Repeat prescription query as its not been ordered. Econsult is onerous just to query this.

Very disappointed. Took 3 days to fulfill a simple request that we were originally told could be sorted with an email. They backtracked a number of times on alleged procedures dependingon who you spoke to, and even ended up sending the whole patient file to the wrong email address!

I have had excellent experiences with both my daughters over the last 12 months or so. Dr Mariscal was, and continues to be, brilliant, methodical, and caring on every level with our family. Even other members of staff from nurses to the administration team. Cannot personally fault.

Best thing I ever did was move away from this place. Moved over to a new doctor and received proper health care in 1 appointment which Eric Moore couldn't do in 5. They didn't even upload my scan results so I've had to go and have them re done... Happy to throw any prescription at you and excuse rather than look into the issue and tell you that the route to diagnosis is a very long one so basically don't bother trying and live in unbareable pain forever.

I have been with this practice all my life and have always felt that I have received good care. More recently, now I have two young children, I have had several appointments recently. Every time the problem has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I particularly find the econsult system helpful. My husband and I both work in the NHS it can be tricky to get time out for appointments. It is quick, convenient, efficient and allows you to send photos. A big thank you to everyone at the practice for all your help recently. We would highly recommend.

so i went to turkey to have a gastric sleeve due to my weight, corresponded with the doctors to be advised I would need to bring in my release documents from the Turkish surgeon. so I did. once this was done the lady advised someone would be in contact with me before my bloods where due. one week later nothing, so i called the surgery just to chase this up as i thought a little nudge might be helpful. the lady i spoke to advised this would be passed as an emergency due to the dates of bloods being required and someone would be in contact. moving forward one week later still nothing so contacted a further receptionist to be advised that my paperwork still hadn't been looked at and that they had 136 different paperwork's to look at, also that my paperwork hadn't been looked at but then in the same breath a doctor had read 3 pages of a 16 page document telling them of the things required and the health issue found. but again nothing was fourth coming and no bloods had been booked and nobody had taken the time to look at it and she couldn't do anything about it. I am now on the date I need to send bloods to turkey so they can be analysed to check how my kidney and other organs are coping after surgery. the same receptionist then advised that I should contact spire hospital to see if they can do my bloods, so I did that as at this point I am at the end of my tether with Eric Moore and the rubbish services that I have had. To be told by spire that this needs to be referred to them by my GP. I have a consultation Tuesday next week the 8th of Feb. with the doctor that took the time to read 3 pages of my detailed release from the Turkish hospital. What really shows from all of this is either the medical centre is massively under staffed or further to that which is more my belief as this has happened before with completely confusing information and lack of patient care is that they just don't care. its a shame really as years ago I used to have a fantastic doctor at this medical centre who truly cared. Gone of the days of Dr Paranjophy. Dr Raj Kumar who I believe is the head of the practice these days. I do believe sir that some socks need to be pulled up and some care taken to make sure the information given is correct and also duty of care to patients are taken seriously.

Eric Moore has been my family GP surgery since I can remember. I have been registered with other GP surgeries in the past but I have always registered with Eric Moore again when I've come back home to Warrington. The staff are lovely especially the nurses as they will listen to me and if my fiance is with me and wants to tell th about something I've forgotten to mention they will listen to him.

It comes to something when you have to start looking for another GP practice because the one your currently registered with is none responsive. Farce to say the least. Everytime, the last 3 times I've been instructed to contact 111 who on 2 occasions sent me to Halton General, I'll be ringing 111 tomorrow as instructed today and more than likely be told to go to Halton General again. Disgusting.

I received excellent care by my GP on 14.04.23 following an appointment needed from a 111 call I'd made in the early hours. I cannot fault his diligence, patience, listening to my symptoms, calling the surgeon at the acute emergency ward in the hospital to get me seen that morning. It was seemless and had my appendix successfully removed the next day. Thank you I'm so very grateful. I was so well cared for and feel so lucky for our NHS Service. I'd never use any other GP Practice and been here for 50 year's. Thank you

I had very bad experience on last week from one of the staff in reception side. Actually i did call for my baby , she was sick ,having fever and continues cough.I asked for getting doctors appointments. But she was advised to take cough syrup from shop. I was so stressed that time, how she can say like that . She didn’t see my baby’s exact situation what ever it is her duty is to make appointment with doctor if not advice to go A£E thats it. She don't have any right to advice me like a doctor.Talking in rude way is not right because everyone waiting for help . I didn’t went through such a situation from eric moore before.

As far as the GP care goes they are excellent and have never had any cause for complaint. But can you please get a grip and drop the face mask nonsense finally?

😠 If I could give a 0 star review I would. Absolute disgrace of a health centre. Reception staff think their bouncers. No respect on the phone. Not one little bit helpful. Doctors don’t even do their job properly. Stealing a wage from the nhs. Needs a big shakeup!

🫤 The doctors and registrars are great, but the one thing that brings this surgery down is the reception staff. They are rude and extremely insensitive. They have no consideration for what the patients might be going through. They laugh and gossip about their lives quite loudly behind the glass withou...
