Always
loved
this
GP
surgery,
certain
staff
are
so
helpful,
friendly
&
will
go
above
and
beyond
for
you.
However,
sadly
it
is
a
small
few
that
spoil
it
for
many.
I
must
have
informed
the
surgery
multiple
times
my
address
was
incorrect
which
was
never
updated
meaning
I
missed
hospital
visits.
I
rang
for
my
NHS
number
to
provide
my
new
GP
surgery
and
was
told
I
need
to
get
my
new
GP
surgery
to
e
mail
Birchwood
medical
centre
and
they
will
request
it,
which
may
take
2
weeks.
I
informed
them
I
need
this
asap
as
I
am
awaiting
for
letters
from
the
hospital
as
I've
just
been
discharged
and
they
will
send
it
to
a
wrong
address
which
I've
told
you
isn't
mine,
but
I
need
to
register
at
this
GP
surgery
so
they
have
my
new
address.
The
woman
said
sorry
"there
is
no
other
way
to
get
that
number"
I
hung
up
and
googled
how
to
get
my
NHS
number.
There
it
was
NHS
website
which
told
me
to
input
your
surname
and
postcode...
They
text
it
me
2
seconds
later.
I'm
not
having
it
that
this
woman
didn't
know
you
could
do
that
and
she
could
clearly
hear
how
desperate
I
was
to
obtain
this
number.
Lazy,
incompetent
staff
spoil
it
for
many
as
I
can
only
imagine
if
it
was
an
older
person
ringing
and
being
thobbed
off
like
that
they
might
not
have
been
clued
up
to
go
online
to
search.
I
wonder
how
many
important
appointments
have
been
missed
due
to
admin
errors
which
are
never
rectified
after
being
told
countless
times,
wrong
address
issues
or
general
laziness
of
staff
not
directing
customers
in
the
right
direction
on
obtaining
NHS
numbers
or
information
that
is
easierly
obtained.
She
actually
gave
me
a
full
long
e
mail
address
to
give
to
my
new
GP
surgery
for
their
admin
department
to
e
mail
Birchwood
medical
centre
if
they
can
have
my
NHS
number
for
them
to
accept
&
reply
so
that
my
new
GP
surgery
can
register
me
there
which
I
was
told
can
take
2
weeks...and
she
said
there
was
NO
OTHER
WAY.
She
needs
disciplinary
action
taken
towards
her.
