Very good food and service. Price point a bit high after you cross over from 3 pm to early dinner, but comparable to other OGs we’ve been to out of state.

Very lovely date night with my wife. The food was fresh, hot, and served within a timely manner. I have not personally ever been to an Olive Garden before, but was extremely pleased with the food and service. I LOVE Italian, and short of requesting a bit more oregano for seasoning it was spot on.

Food and service is always the same from the last visit. Awesome!!

Gluten-free, the whole atmosphere and food service was fantastic here. I was so pleased I only wish the other restaurants were this friendly. The food was good and had a good selection of gluten-free.

There was nothing particularly wrong with my food however the service was another matter. Everything seemed rushed or as if our server had too many other things to do. The only reason it's getting three stars is the fact our sever was trying his best and nothing could have changed that except maybe more staff

Very slow service, over 45min from time we seated til time soup arrived. Alfredo sauce was cold by time second set of breadsticks arrived. Once the soup was delivered, it was tasty though. Just wish the service was better and more prompt with plenty of open tables. Muldoon location was much better for service from both mine and my friends experiences so far. Hopefully it was just a fluke and poor staffing this day.

Our large group had excellent service! Our server was very attentive, polite, and friendly. The food was tasty (the same as any typical Olive Garden). I appreciated how our server offered to box up the old salad for us when a new one was brought out; I'm not a fan of being wasteful, so that resonated with me personally.

Food is always good! But the reason for my review is… we had the BEST server that we have EVER had! His name was David and he was SO great! He was so kind to us and patient as we took so long looking over the menu. Best customer service we have ever received! If you go in and request to have him serve you, you won’t regret it!

Had an amazing dinner tonight with my 2 cousins. Two of us are in from out of town, and we definitely picked the right restaurant tonight for a family dinner. Really enjoyed the food, company and atmosphere it was very pleasant and relaxing tonight. The chicken fettuccine alfredo was awesome. It tasted so fresh and delicious 😋 and the salad and bread sticks just topped it off.

Glad to see the consistency of quality food and service in this location compared to all the others I tried. The zupa toscana is always a hit with me. It took a second to get the drinks out but it was all tasty and the overall experience was good. I recommend for sure.

I was hungering for Salad and Lasagna and this restaurant did not disappoint -- everything was delicious! Note: the weekday "lunch special" is less than $15. Additionally, the server, Jason, was great.

Met with family for a little dine in dinner (we had reservations) after some gift card shopping at Kohl’s. Our waitress had just started her shift and it was before the dinner rush. The service and food was great.

We go here fairly often. This time was probably one of the best times we've been. The food was on point and the service was excellent. Had a wonderful dinner.

The food is good and it always fills me up! The workers were nice and when we were leaving they complimented my shirt! The food has the calories amount in the menu, and the calories are enough to fit your amount of calories you need.

My experience was great and my waiter was excellent he cared so much about my boyfriend allergies his name was Robert if you get him your very lucky!!!

The customer service at this location in particular is superb. They were having an off night (long wait times but honestly it wasn’t that bad, to us atleast!) and they offered us free dessert just like that. Super kind. Each time we go we always get an extremely kind and hard working waiter as well.

Took my wife and 4 year old daughter to dinner there this evening. Unfortunately, my daughter had her hand burned by the water in the bathroom. I spoke to a "manager" named Theresa, who told me, "Our water is tempered so that doesn't happen, so I don't know what to tell you." I asked if she was saying my daughter burning her hand wasn't a concern to her, and she replied, "Do you want to test the water yourself?" No, I don't, I don't carry a thermometer in my back pocket. Another manager named Dexter and the service manager stepped in after I asked my server to cancel my order and bring me our check for 3 drinks, the appetizer, and the soup and salad on the table and I'd pay for them. He filled out an incident report, comped the check, and offered us a gift card. I feel bad that our server got screwed out of customers because of Theresa, but after the interaction with her, my wife and I were so mad we lost our apatite. Dexter and the service manager (not Theresa) were the only management that showed any concern about my daughter being burnt. UPDATE: I spoke to guest relations the next morning. Was told the store general manager would be calling me....she never did.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. And next time I go in with my sister and my niece, we're definitely going to ask for the server David, he was amazing and so helpful and just made our night incredible, thank you so much!!

We normally sit at a bench in the bar, especially if it's busy.. the Long Islands are worth the cost for myself and the wife prefers the Blue Amalfi for sweeter pallets. Food is always good and we have never had an excessive wait for the main courses.

Unfortunately we had a few issues with our meal, hadn’t planned on initially saying anything but after the third strike of something wrong decided to ask for a manager. Charity was an absolute sweetheart in trying to resolve our issues and was happy to send us home with complimentary dessert and a pack of break sticks for the doggo’s, in addition to assuring us she’d speak with her staff on the matters. Was handled very professionally and would be happy to return.

Olive Garden was Olive Garden. The staff was friendly and on point. It was everything I have came to expect and that I a good thing. I enjoy a certain level of consistency with chain restaurants like this. The food was as expect and an overall enjoyable dining experience. We return.

Oh my gosh!!! Go here!!! My husband and I came here on a whim, and had a fantastic time. Honestly, we’ve never been before because where we are from, Olive Garden is not too good. However, our server, Shayling(I’m spelling that wrong) changed our minds. We had a blast! Everything from the food, the service and atmosphere was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Went to the Muldoon location in Anchorage. It was amazing! Food was excellent! Staff was awesome the evening manager was so sweet and kind. He had a great attitude And our waitress was the same. Fun experience for my daughter and I. We will be back!

Theresa and another employee had taken our name and number down then informed us it would be a 20 minute wait. After 30 mins of waiting we finally called and was told there was no one on the waiting list and that we were good to come in for seating (Was odd that we were not called nor notified), once we had entered they then told us that there was no longer seating since the phone call 30 seconds ago and that it would now be a 20 minute wait (again), we had reminded them that we were already previously in almost 35 minutes ago and were told we would receive a call by then. Instead they had allowed other customers ahead of us and put us at the bottom of the list for another 20 minute wait, waste of our time. To include that when we had called after the 30 minutes of waiting they couldn’t secure us a seat on the waiting list. I understand the stress and chaos of a restaurant but this was clear negligence and felt like a bad representation of the customer service Olive Garden provides.

The greeter and waitress was awesome! The waitress was above and beyond. Kind and considerate. Very friendly. The soup was good but the salad tasted a little different this time, honestly not as good as previous. But I'd go there again!

There is nothing different about this Olive Garden above others, except the service we received. Out server was Eta. She was probably one of the best servers I have ever had. Joyful, attentive, and quick. If I can be sure to have her as my server in the future I will go much more frequently.

The service is always great, the chicken gnocchi soup and chicken parm is my favorite in town! Usually a fair amount of people, and sometimes a short wait (under 10 min) depending when we go to eat there. Prices are higher end of the mid range.

Tonight I came in to have a quick drink and order food Togo. I initially asked to sit at the bar top but it was already closed and I was still offered the option to sit there regardless of the bar being broken down by the manager. I’m absolutely amazed at Dexter’s genuine hospitality and accommodation. Not only did he go above and beyond but exceeded all expectations and has impressed me beyond belief. I don’t normally leave reviews. I work in the industry myself so I’m aware of the hard work and dedication that goes into working in the industry. Dexter is the reason I’ll frequent this location more often! After I declined the offer to sit at the closing bar he offered me a booth and asked my preference. Upon being sat he asked if I’d like a beverage right away and I politely declined saying I’d wait on the server. He checked back with me twice asking if I had questions or needed anything because there was a transition in place and my server was unable to stop by. He took my drink order and brought me a water while I waited. I was ready to order and he took my my order and accommodated every request! He brought out my soup as well. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been disappointed in service especially in anchorage. This is the very first time I’ve just been left speechless with nothing but praises and admiration. Dexter is an asset and I hope is highly valued as he has made an excellent example of what the whole industry is about. I truly hope to cross paths again as I have enjoyed and appreciated all of his work and dedication. He excels the standard expectation and truly shines bright for this company. Thank you Dexter for this amazing experience I hope you are rewarded to the fullest extent!!! Once Rachel Took over my table she also did an amazing job. Was excited for some pasta.. ordered to go. For the price it was pretty "eh". The Noodles were cold. Thought the noodle portion was on the small side barely enough to share with my toddler, don't remember that being a problem before. Covid times I guess. Will be looking for pasta elsewhere next time. Soup was good tho.

Been to this location only a few times but each time it was great customer service and our food was good.

Wow! This Olive Garden experience was awesome. Anthony, our server, has made it into the annuls of one of the best dining experiences I have had. He was professional, attentive, personable, thoughtful, and had a great sense of humor. He exemplifies excellent customer service and for someone like me who prefers to save money and eat at home, I think this place is well worth the money! I don't live in Anchorage, but when I visit again, I will be sure to patron this location and I encourage those who are in the area to eat here because along with hiring great employees (like Anthony...management: please give him the recognition he deserves), the food was delicious, the dining area was great, the bathrooms were clean, and the manager came out to check on us.
