Das
Positive
vorweg:
das
Hotel
ist
recht
zentral
im
Dorf
gelegen
und
macht
einen
insgesamt
sauberen
Eindruck.
Leider
ist
das
Management
inkompetent:
Checkin
17:00
Uhr,
checkout
10:30,
kenne
ich
anders.
Am
Abend
wurden
bereits
um
21
Uhr
Aufenthaltsräume
verschlossen
und
nur
auf
Nachfrage
kurzzeitig
länger
gemacht.
Nachdem
wir
alle
unser
Zimmer
gezahlt
hatten,
fiel
dem
Chef
ein,
dass
Warmwasser
heute
ausfällt.
Chefchen
ließ
sich
danach
auch
nicht
wieder
blicken
und
am
Thresen
stand
ein
Herr,
der
von
sich
sagte,
eigentlich
nur
Gast
zu
sein.
Am
diesem
Thresen
steht,
das
Kartenlesegerät
sei
defekt,
ging
dann
doch
wie
aus
Zauberhand.
Ein
Zimmer
wurde
bar
bezahlt
und
mit
"nur
bares
ist
Wahres!"
kommentiert.
Wir
sind
als
Großfamilie
eingecheckt,
meine
Freundin
und
ich
hatten
ein
2m
x
1,40m
Bett
reserviert.
Das
Zimmer
sei
zum
Checkin
noch
nicht
fertig
gewesen
und
wir
konnten
es
erst
Abends
beziehen.
Als
es
dann
soweit
war,
betraten
wir
ein
Kabuff
nicht
größer
als
eine
Besenkammer
und
Einzelbett.
Von
dem
bereits
angesprochenen
Gast
hinter
dem
Thresen
bekamen
wir
noch
ein
viel
zu
kleines
Klappbett
mit
benutzter
Wäsche
(welche
doch
noch
getauscht
wurde).
Die
Schlafqualität
war
entsprechend
schlecht.
Das
Sahnehäubchen
war
allerdings,
dass
der
Chef
sich
am
Tag
darauf
nicht
blicken
ließ
und
erst
nach
Abreise
telefonisch
zu
erreichen
war.
Wir
hatten
mehrere
Zimmer
gebucht
plus
Frühstück
mit
15
Personen
und
daher
einige
Hundert
Euro
gezahlt.
Er
gewährte
am
Ende
einen
Rabatt
von
10€,
was
sich
lächerlich
anfühlt.
Bei
diesem
Service
am
Kunden
wird
dieses
Hotel
nicht
lange
bestehen
können.
Ein
anfänglich
sympathischer
Kontakt
entpuppte
sich
als
Abzocke!
Sehr
schade.

First
the
positives:
the
hotel
is
located
in
the
center
of
the
village
and
makes
a
clean
impression
overall.
Unfortunately
the
management
is
incompetent:
Check-in
5:00
p.m.,
check-out
10:30
a.m.,
I
know
differently.
In
the
evening,
common
rooms
were
already
closed
at
9
p.m.
and
only
made
longer
for
a
short
time
on
request.
After
we
all
paid
for
our
room,
the
boss
remembered
that
there
was
no
hot
water
today.
After
that,
the
boss
didn't
show
up
again
and
there
was
a
gentleman
at
the
counter
who
said
he
was
only
a
guest.
At
this
counter
it
says
that
the
card
reader
is
defective,
but
then
it
worked
as
if
by
magic.
A
room
was
paid
for
in
cash
and
with
"only
cash
is
true!"
commented.
We
checked
in
as
a
large
family,
my
girlfriend
and
I
had
reserved
a
2m
x
1.40m
bed.
The
room
was
not
ready
for
check-in
and
we
could
only
move
into
it
in
the
evening.
When
the
time
came,
we
entered
a
cubby
no
bigger
than
a
broom
closet
and
a
single
bed.
From
the
already
mentioned
guest
behind
the
counter
we
got
a
much
too
small
folding
bed
with
used
linen
(which
was
exchanged
after
all).
The
sleep
quality
was
correspondingly
poor.
The
icing
on
the
cake,
however,
was
that
the
boss
didn't
show
up
the
next
day
and
could
only
be
reached
by
phone
after
departure.
We
had
booked
several
rooms
plus
breakfast
for
15
people
and
therefore
paid
a
few
hundred
euros.
He
ended
up
giving
a
€10
discount,
which
feels
ridiculous.
With
this
level
of
customer
service,
this
hotel
will
not
be
able
to
last
long.
An
initially
sympathetic
contact
turned
out
to
be
a
rip-off!
Too
bad.
