Gorgeous spaces with kitchenttes! We never wanted to leave and it was great being close to the commercial districts while being just out-of-reach from the noise of downtown. The staff was super friendly and prompt about any concerns. I've recommended this place to many friends and family.

ARLINGTON LODGE SUITES is a wonderful addition to the accommodation market in Waterford. It offers 9 suites, 4 superior bedrooms and 5 romantic lodges. All within 1.3km of the city centre.

First the good part. Super large rooms and foyer. Now, the rest... Disorganized staff, faulty front gate, awkward check-in process and far from any amenities. This place has so much potential, but it seems like it's being run by amateurs. Come on folks... When four guests book into the place don't just leave towels for two... Then, make the guests have to call to you at home to come and bring them more towels. I know you can do a bit better if you try a bit harder.

We loved this place the minute we walked in! Peaceful and quiet area - greeted by trademark Irish hospitality - lovely, genuine and helpful host. We stayed in the beautifully decorated and spacious William Vincent Wallace suite. This suite has everything you need! A full sized kitchen, washer/dryer, big screen tv and full sized lounge & chase and even an extendable dining table! The bedroom and ensuite is also very spacious and comfortable. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants but we decided to have a relaxing night in and utilise the kitchen. We had a very enjoyable stay here, only wish we stayed longer - and all for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely amazing food the best dinner experience I've had in a long time 40 euro for 5 courses is great value for top notch food its a hidden gem will most definitely be back again. Lovely clean and spacious apartment with comfortable bedding. I wouldn't consider the extra beds suitable for any child over 6. We had a ground floor apartment with outdoor seating and space for children to play. Very quiet area with secure parking. Kitchen could do with being better equipped for those who wish to self cater. Will be back.

Booked a large deluxe room For our family of four. Clean And large- looking as it only contained two beds. VerY poorly appointed. No chairs couches or tables present to aid comfort or functionality . We had to sit on the floor to play board games with the kids. Undaunted we decide to make coffee. An idea we skipped, when we found some aged heavily foul smelling polluted sludge And tea bags adhering to the inside of the kettle. Thereafter I had a complete loss of faith in the property’s hygiene and an unrestful night ensued.I spoke to the manager from a remote location. She offered to come to the property but was an hour away. We agreed to meet early in the morning. Some reviews have described the property as a hotel. I suggest a bed and breakfast facility is a more appropriate description . If you are looking for a bed to sleep in close to the city centre, this may be adequate. I know the property has apartments attached and they may offer a better family match. Definitely not my cup of tea(or coffee) though!!! Disappointed

We stayed here as a group & everyone was delighted with our accommodation. The rooms are really spacious, beautifully decorated & had everything a bunch of girls could need! Geraldine was fantastic to deal with while booking & also throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing. A 5 star rating doesn't even cut it. Very accommodating and beautiful rooms and lodges. We will definitely be back.
