This is by far the worst sleep study clinic and should be closed down, I have been waiting months to hear back I went for a sleep study in January 2023 it is now September. I've left voicemails I've called many times and nobody wants to answer me or call me back they don't take this seriously when it comes to people's lives. We go for a sleep study for a reason and they don't seem to care I am so frustrated and angry because I can't go get another sleep study somewhere else because they want me to keep trying to get a hold of this clinic to get my results. Nobody answers or does their job properly I'm just so fed up and now getting angry more and more when I leave a message. I will not recommend anyone to this clinic at all.....😡 My doctors have reached out got a letter stating they wanted me to do a follow-up appointment and yet still waiting no one calls me back, worst customer service of life I don't understand how they still have a business and how they are still open. Anyone else I know who has had a sleep study somewhere else they get their results within a few days.

Worst customer service in history. Well, it was great right up until they did the sleep study. After that, emails and voicemails say "we will contact you to discuss results." I was told 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks I called. It was impossible to get to a human so I left a message. I saw a call on my phone a week later but I was busy and couldn't answer. There was no voicemail or follow-up call. So I left another message 3 weeks later. A week after that I got a call, same thing. I left another message and got a call later that day. Then I was told they sent the results to my doctor (which was not what I had been told by them). Then I was told it would be 12-18 months for a consultation with their doctor. I complained that nobody called me. She said she tried but nobody answered. I asked why she didn't call back, and she said "I don't have time to do that." I said "I'm your patient, that's your job." She politely disagreed. I said this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and she hung up on me. Never ever ever ever ever go to this clinic.

I would not recommend anybody use this place. They do not return phone calls to yourself or to your doctors office. If you read through the many reviews on google nobody gets their results in a timely manner if at all. My doctor's office has booked me in at another clinic so I have to repeat the whole process over again. It is a shame they are allowed to abuse our precious health care dollars in this way. Apparently no way to leave a zero star rating.

I would rate this lab as zero if I could. Sleep study done in March '23. We were told we would hear back in 10 to 12 weeks with findings and an appointment to see the sleep clinic doctor. It's Nov 29th '23 and haven't heard anything! Multiple phone calls have been made, no one answers, you can't even leave a message. My family doctor has attempted to contact them multiple times with zero success. DO NOT use this clinic.

I’m pretty sure they’re closed/out of business. I’ve been trying to reach the lab for weeks but no return calls. Went there in person: door locked, mail on the floor outside the door is at least 2 weeks old. Tell your doctor to find another lab that actually answers their phones, otherwise you’re going to be waiting forever…literally. Update: Finally got to talk to someone from the lab. Apparently, they're in the process of moving. New surprise: CPAP suppliers refuse prescriptions from Accq because it takes them more than 9 months to complete Government Funding applications for their patients. End result is still the same: patients are left waiting, and waiting, and waiting. This is health care?

Avoid this place at all costs. I had the worst customer service experience of my life here, and they do not return calls. Sleeping at the clinic: I was woken several times throughout the night by significant background noise. The technicians were loud, and at one point, it sounded like someone had dropped about ten bedpans outside my door. Sleep Study Results: I was told upon my arrival I would receive my sleep study in approx 4 weeks. 9 weeks later, I finally got my report back from my family doctor. The sleep report indicated that I had to make a follow-up appointment at the clinic to go over the results. I phoned six times over three weeks to make an appointment, and I kept getting voicemail. I finally dropped into the clinic in person to try to make an appointment. I was unsuccessful. I was turned away because "their systems [were] are down". I was told that I could expect to receive a call in about 14-18 months for my follow-up appointment with the doctor. I will not be going back to this place. Do yourself a favour and go to AirVoel (search for them) Accq Sleep Labs (at the Waterloo location) needs to be shut down. On one hand they tell you how important it is to get a hold of sleep apnea, but on the other hand this clinic doesn't take it seriously. I cannot comment on the doctor because I have to wait 14-18 months for an appointment - which I will not be taking.

"12 to 14 weeks for technicians to get the sleep study results ready for the doctor" . Are you kidding me? You change your fax number without updating your website: GPs fax requisitions complete with personal health info, and that ends up where? Has anyone heard of Ontario's PHIPA at this joint? Who the hell is managing this place?

I personally didn't go here but took a friend to sort out her husband's sleep issues and why after 2 months they still didn't send information from his sleep study anywhere... well there is a big foreclosure sign on the door saying they defaulted for $91,000 so they're not moving... even though the lab down stairs is lying saying they are/have moved to the boardwalk we all went there today and there are no free spaces and they are not in the building at all... Just a heads up
