Always a safe bet! They have social distancing down! They have sanitizing stations for you! They prepare food quickly. They’re friendly. The selection is awesome. They have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available!

The prices have gone up however the quality of food is gone down. Ordered the choose 2, Turkey and Avocado BLT, and a Strawberry Poppy Salad and order 1/2 dozen bagels. The bagels were stale and they didn't bother to slice them. I have always felt like Panera food was fresh good and healthy. After spending over $25.00 dollars I was lifted disapproved and a lot frustrated. As far as the service as the Server if I had a drink bonus on my account she said no before she even looked at the account. I had to ask her don't you need my number to look it up. My sandwich had pieces of chopped turkey and a lot of mayonnaise. If you raise praise then the food quality and service should go up also. Remember we have choices and we are your customers. Asiago cheese bagel was over toasted and had no cheese flavor. It must have sat next to a cinnamon bagel because that and burnt cheese is all I tasted in the two bites before tossing it. I’m sure if I wasn’t in the drive up and instead at counter they wouldn’t have served me this garbage. Suppose to let manager know if order isn’t right. Can’t do that if your 6 miles down the road. 2 stars for getting coffee right and adding napkins.

This location is hit or miss some days. Ordered this Friday during lunch - $12.59 Goddess Cobb salad with chicken. Going to let the picture do the talking.

Asked for chicken salad. It was a spoon full slice of tomato and lots of lettuce. Girl who waited on us was not helpful. Not friendly. Spent almost $50. Small PC of bread to go with soup. Didn't you use to give butter with them? Soup was good. Brownies good.

Not a great Panera, but fine. I have to expect a little more when they want you to spend over $5 on a cookie.

I love Panera, but the other day I was at the new one on State Street. They not only got my order wrong, they also served me some edgy food. My margarita flatbread pizza tasted off and gave me a stomach ache. Not cool Panera. I've been several times since and their food and service has improved remarkably.

Did drive thru after er visit … counted on French onion soup being up to par like my usual experience with other menus items. NOT WORTH IT!! My French onion soup came with little tiny (4) croutons, smaller than the croutons you get in a bag at the grocery store with no taste. There was no cheese. A cup size portion that was suppose to be a bowl. French onion soup is suppose to have bread not pinkie finger tip size croutons and cheese on top. Isn’t that the point. If it comes like this inside the restaurant you need to rethink this item. I could’ve opened a can of campbells at home and thrown cheese on top and still had ten bucks in my pocket. I just trusted because it was Panera it would be good and it wasn’t even trying. I can’t afford to eat out usually, haven’t been to Panera in a long while. Is this why?

Dined at this location for the time and was exceedingly please. Parking lot was well kept, the dining area was superbly clean. You could either order at the counter with a cashier or at the self serve kiosk, the waiting area was easy to find and the screen displaying the order placement was easy to read. My order came out fast, the server was friendly and my food was correctly made. I highly recommend this locations.

I had just come from Dr appt to hear I need heart surgery. I wasn't really hungry so my husband said ,how about soup/sandwich at Panera. I said sounds great. I cut my sandwich in 1/2 only to find a hair on my plate. Appetite was totally gone now. The coffee bar was messy, the floor in front of it was sticky, and I walked back to where you could see the cooks in the kitchen and none of them had hairnets on. I guess they don't do that anymore but I'm old-fashioned. It will probably be a long while before I ever go to a Panera again

Right after I picked up my plate (half salad, half sandwich) I accidentally tripped over the caution wet floor sign and dropped my sandwich. Luckily, my salad was intact. The lady next to me told the person who had prepared the food that I had dropped my sandwich. I did pick up the sandwich off the floor to throw away, and later I saw an employee wipe up the rest. I think it would be good business practice if the employee offered to make another half sandwich, but they did not offer anything. I was just sad to have half my lunch gone even though it was my fault to trip. I just didn't feel like a valued customer at this place. Quietly ate my salad and left. The salad tasted good but was a much smaller portion than other Panera's have given.
