Update 2023: Food is still typical for Outback. Steaks aren't exactly to order but close, I suppose. Service has drastically slowed even with more servers and less customers. 2021: Food was pretty typical for Outback. Steaks were cooked exactly to order. Bread was hard on the bottoms. The service was fantastic!

Mediocre, Definitely doesn't look like they are cleaning. Hand smears, loads of dust and looks like people(probably kids) licking the glass. The food looked great, steak was slightly overcooked, but disappointingly not seasoned. Main issue was service(from our server). Seated, took our drink order, came back a few minutes later with them, we were ready to order they said alright I'll be right back. Few more minutes went by, came for our orders. And just disappeared. No bread, we ended up flagging down a different server, whom was helpful and brought bread, silverware, refills even though we were not her seating.

Everthing was great! The service was great! Everyone was friendly. My food was delicious! The drinks were great!I recommend eating at this establishment.

Food looked great but the only thing that tasted good was the mac and cheese ..service was great as well 👌🏽 probably wouldn’t come back again just cause the food just wasn’t for me

Service was great! My server was Whitney. My cocktails came out fast and were crafted well. My refills of bread and drinks kept coming and my entree and appetizer was out quickly. I'm definitely requesting her next time I'm so surprised she said she was new she scripted everything awesome, I'm a manager at a restaurant so I should know. Thank you she's a keeper!

Enjoyed a meal at the bar last night. Both gentleman who served us were knowledgeable of the menu, conversational and made our meal a pleasure. I had the lamb chops on recommendation and my brother had the outlaw ribeye. Our food came out hot and delicious in decent enough time for as busy as they seemed. Will definitely be back, thanks guys

Service was decent except the dirty glasses/dishes were never taken off the table. The medium rare steak was more like a Pittsburg. Burnt to hell outside and medium rare inside. They almost had it right. The steak had zero flavor. Kind a sucked really. The sweet potato was burnt. The fruit must have been under the heat at the windows cause it was warm. Won’t be back to this location

Every time that I have been I have had great service. Tory Cole has always given us great service. She makes sure that we have refills and checks on us often to make sure that everything is fine. She greets us with a smile and has a great personality.

The wait for a table was about 30-40 minutes but they were pretty busy. Our appetizers came fairly quickly but our meals were slow in coming due to two large groups being seated right before us...which we understood. However, it was not our typical Outback experience when our meals arrived as they were not exactly what we ordered. I ordered a steak and chicken combo with the steak "medium well" but instead it was VERY red in the center with blood. Our daughter ordered the new fried chicken (boneless chicken breast rolled in blooming onion batter) dinner with two sides and instead she received a chicken sandwich with only one side. Our other daughter ordered the adult chicken tender platter and it had a huge amount of fries and very few tenders. My husband received his dinner as ordered and said it was delicious. We could have requested that the meals be corrected however due to the wait for our meals to arrive we were pushed for time in order to get our daughter to her Project Grad event so simply ate what we were brought (except for my steak which I brought home to cook a bit more.) Hopefully if we decide to try Outback again in the future we will have a better meal experience.

In town for business, always love going to a tried and true establishment. Outback always hits the spot. What I wasn’t expecting, though, was the excellent service. I had Moon, and I thought he did a remarkable job. Funny, personable, quick with the refills. I’ll always go back to Outback, but he set a high bar for service that I don’t see another server beating for a long time. I’d give six stars if I could.

I went in last Friday and it was the best Outback experience I have ever had. Moon provided great, fast, and friendly service. I couldn't have asked for a better server or better food :)

Moon was sensational!! He was very attentive and well prepared! He knew the menu, gave us suggestions, and even helped plan our future vacation to Yellowstone! He made our experience memorable and I highly recommend this location. Go see Moon today!

i ordered the salmon and the brownie on uber eats and all they sent me was SALAD. and the salad smells old as well. i’ve ordered from them countless times before and sometimes they get it right and sometimes they get some items like the side wrong which is annoying, but to completely give me a wrong order and SALAD for both items of my meals is insulting— it’s too expensive for this mess. especially when one of my ordered items was a dessert, cmon you mean to tell me you had nothing left??? if so CANCEL the order but don’t play with your customers.

Was pretty slow upon arrival but we did get there before noon on a Sunday. Service was quick. We were in and out within 45 minutes and that was even with feeding 2 kids (ages 2 and 7 months). Food was great though money and my oldest daughters fries could have been cooked a minute or 2 longer and seasoned just a little better. We kept stealing my 2yr olds fries bc hers were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Everyone else seemed pleased with their food. I got a chicken sandwich (can't remember the name) but it didn't seem to have much sauce like I expected it to have but could have been my misunderstanding of the description as well. It had a decent taste just not outstanding. My husband's pasta came out with very little Alfredo so he requested more to add to it. It was finally delivered 20 minutes later once he had nearly finished all of the meat on it and much of the pasta as well. However what he did have left and brought home, he said was amazing warmed up the next day. All in all, I'd say the food and service were fine but nothing outstanding. I would assume that's why it wasn't very busy while we were there if many others have had an underwhelming experience. Not bad, just not the greatest either.

As expected for a Saturday night, place was packed. However, the wait was exactly what was told. Food and service were excellent. Sarah, our waitress, was very attentive. With the restaurant this busy she made sure all our orders came out perfect. Will return if in the area.

Alex was seriously the best service I’ve had in years, he made my wife’s birthday special and was super amazing and predicted what we needed spot on. Also made the best old fashioned we’ve had! Thank you, Alex for making this experience perfect and make me want to come back to a restaurant.

This is a regular stop for me every other month as I travel thru Kentucky. I stopped for a quick lunch and didn’t have alot of time. The bartender got me in and out quickly and the tuna was excellent as it always is at this location. Thank you.

Our Waiter, Alex, was awesome! We ordered a drink from the new menu and he was very entertaining when demonstrating the blue shark - and he made our dining experience fun. He took time to answer our questions about menu items. My husband had a burger and French Onion soup, and I had a baked potato and French onion soup. He appeared to be working many tables, and he was taking care of everyone with smiles! Nice atmosphere, food was great. Alex invited us back again and asked us to request him. I have never had anyone do that, so we were well pleased, and will come back again.

The food was great. ( Bloomimg onion, fried mushrooms, mac n cheese bites, alice springs chicken, salads, alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks) The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Service was exceptional. 7p on a Tuesday, no wait for party of 3. Our server was super friendly, concise, nice outward appearance, informative, attentive, quick, great social skills...funny even. I could go on and on. She was great! Will definitely come back!

Other than that, it was relatively easy to order once we were able to reach someone. As someone who is on a gluten-free diet, they were very accommodating and had a gluten-free menu that was easily accessible online. I was surprised at how much was on the gluten-free menu as most restaurants don’t even offer one gluten-free option. For reference, I ordered the gluten-free grilled shrimp on the barbie, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. When we picked up the food, they even made sure to separate my gluten-free food from everything else, so that it would be safe from cross-contamination. They were super kind, all of our orders were correct and the food was still hot by the time we got it home. It all turned out to be delicious. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because it's almost always crowded and I personally don't do well with crowds. We will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future.

They make a nice steak here. There are lots of TVs around the bar area. The servers are very nice to customers.

This was a great experience. The staff was fantastic. Greeted us as we came in. The waitress was awesome. Really don't have anything to complain about. The food was cooked the way we wanted. Tasted great looked great. One of the best outback I've been to
