I love coming here for Christmas decorations shopping. It is even more beautiful here then on Christmas markets! There are even pictures zones available. Nice cafeteria.

The best garden center in Amsterdam. Massive selection of indoors and outdoors plants, garden furniture, home deco, pots, pond stuff… there is nothing you cannot find here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice cafe, when you need a break (you will need it, the place is enormous!) Good prices, I always leave with the car full of stuff!

It's massive. Reeeeeeeally huge. They have really leafy and medium to big and big indoor plants. However, they lack small and medium size indoor plants. On top of that, all the plants are very common (and what I would consider as boring). I honestly think the selection is big in quantity but they're all a lot of the same. I'm missing variety and diversity in indoor plants. I prefer by far other warehouses such as Tuincentrum in Osdorp or Tuincentrum in Oost. They're more of a "city tuincentrum" and with better selection of plants and almost as big.

They pretty much have everything you’d need for your garden and indoor plants. I’ve rarely been unable to get what I need here - and the staff is knowledgeable 👍🏼🌱

Great. Amazing Xmas displays are up already and it's still October. Soft play area for kids and cafe. Endless home furnishing and, of course, plants.

Very large garden center, many plants available and some really large plants. Also a large assortiment of pots available

More affordable than the chain/franchise garden centers and it is a huge complex on its own. Less DIY, but huge collection of plants, pots and furniture. Sometimes (depending on the season) they have stands near the entrance that sell fresh fruits and vegetables or dutch sweets (like the seasonal oliebollen). Personnel is modest and in the background, but available for service. The waiting line at the tills is ok, they always have enough tills open. The Christmas setup is not really spectacular, but more intended to allow you to buy what you want. So less experience oriented and more organised by category.

Het Oosten is a one stop shop for all your garden needs, and a wide variety of indoor and outdoor plants. A must visit for all those who have big garden and definitely less priced than the shops in the city.

Once you are in the Christmas lane there is no way of getting out worst than IKEA … I have never seen so much junk in one place

The biggest garden centre in NL. Great choice of plants, soil, decorations, garden tools, literally everything you need for your garden. Everybody super friendly, helpfull. Loving it, everytime I'm there. 100 % recommend!

I like their selection of tropical plants. The Xmas market is also nice to visit.
