1) Worst attitude of Dr. Samina & her staff for poor people. 2) Staff will demand for more & more tip (money) at the time of delivery. 3) Extremely over expensive. 4) Worst and delaying token & que system makes even pregnant women to wait for hours and hours even in severe critical conditions. 5) No mercy, No sympathy & No humanity. 6) You will be strictly prohibited to use the lift. 7) They will over charge you, than the promised amount at the time of delivery. 8) Dr. Samina will write medicines and tests according to financial status of your family. 9) Dr. Samina will write the medicine available in hospital's medical store only. (Commission medicine only.) 10) items in the canteen are double in cost. 11) A single visit will cost you around 10,000+ PKR and 3 to 5 visits are must in a month. 12) General manager, is like a gangster who claims to be a retired army officer, will deal you in a inhuman way if you will speak about over charging at delivery time.

The 2 star is not for the doctors or any particular individual. It is for the overall experience. The management and the protocols are only to make money. The checking fees (1000PKR for regular checkup) and (2000PKR for emergency) of the gyneacologist is seperate, of the ultrasound it is addtional 1500PKR. Then comes the blood tests and a heavy medicine prescription. One visit cost around 10,000PKR. Just to confirm the pregnancy is there or not.

She is doing a great Job most competant Gynecologist in Sialkot. People dont like Doctors as if they themselves are doing businesses and work for free. Doctors have families and u dont work for free. Attendants want doctor have 1 window service and dr run day and night for their patient as they think they have brought doctor by giving 2000 rupees.

This is a detailed review about Samina Nisar Hospital. If you are going there make sure you read it. From the start of my wife's pregnancy till delivery in 2023, we chose Dr. Samina for routine check up & everything. We decided to go for C-section as prescribed by the Doctor and we were given Rs. 200k quotation that included everything except labs and medicines. They admitted my wife in the morning and started the surgery around 8pm. Everything went smooth till I saw that the majority nursing staff is male opposite to what we were told. We were shifted to 3rd Floor(private room) and the Doctor only visited the patient once. The very next day when the patient could barely walk, we were told that the patient has to go down(basement) in order to get the dressing(bandage) changed. We argued but the doctor refused to come to the 3rd floor because she was attending her patients. The same happened on the 3rd day as well. The nursing staff did not follow the procedure and each time they missed the dose on the prescribed time. They told us that the patient will remain admitted for 3 days and this is the reason we are charging 200k but on the start of the 3rd day(only 49 hours were passed), they discharged us even the patient was suffering from immense pain. Last but not least, they over charged us and included 12k for nebulization and other stuff. In nut shell, Dr. Samina is good only for the treatment purpose but I would never recommend anyone to go there for delivery.

Worst customer service. I mean they waste your HOURS literally HOURS to check a patient. And its not one time, its every appointment for pregnant patients. ADVISE: There are other wonderful doctors out there, please go there and save your time.

I decided to move my family for gynaecologist check up to this hospital 7 hours waiting while the staff and doctor better understand during pregnancy patients are not comfortable to wait so long all checkup is done doctor sameena was not on time for checkup she come late and the doctor for the scan she is on the way from pasroor and the patients are waiting so long doctor charge highers than other clinic or hospitals but the service is cheap so disappointed 👎disgusting

very pathetic experience.. staff is pathetic.. Doc Samina Nisar told me to contact on her mobile phone in case of emergency becuase i live in islamabad.. but she didnt respond even after waiting for week. May she get what she deserve.

Incredible experience. Dr. samina and staff are very cooperative. Last year I had fissure Surgery by Dr. usman munawar which was successful + I can message him anytime to get some suggestions and he always give response in a respectable manner which is very appreciated. Few days ago I had a baby in this hospital operated by Dr. Samina and everything was very smooth and it was successful as well Alhamdulilah. 1 more thing, Hospital is very clean, They always looking to do something for betterment of hospital. They have all machinery to maintain standard and another plus is they have Nursery and child specialist in front of operation theatre which help customer to do multi tasking. There are always few things which can be better but overall it is 10/10 A+ experience. Emergency room have quality dr's like Dr. Aqsa who is very polite and cooperative. If you come to hospital make sure you have lots of time after getting the appointment and make sure you have enough money for the staff and doctor to full fil their belly. After so much money they take but not have time management just they need more and more customers not patient.

Inhuman manners of staff. Its reflect from top. Staff is obeying orders of greedy leadership. Money is not everything.

You need to train your staff to behave well. Patients pay you.

First impression is last impression. As we visited hospital and still wait for different lines and then visit next day for long wait and then we got our number. after 2 hours then she suggested some lab tests from same hospital and then again wait for blood/urine tests after that wait for ultrasound number. Once got test you need 2 3 hours for reports and after that to show that reports to doctor need to wait 3 4 hours. Overall you need 9 10 hours if you want to visit this shopping mall. One more thing after waiting of 3 4 hours if want return your slip( parchi) and reimbursement aginst that slip. Then staff told you there is no policy for returning the payment. It's mean once you are entered in the hospital you are trapped in business strategy. If you came here your patient need to wait his/ her number for wait all the time standing in front of doctor's room. Please don't come here.

Kanjri doctor with kanjar staff. At the start she tells that the operation cost will be around 1 lac but after the treatment she charges around 2.5 to 3 lacs. On complain the whole staff starts quarrelling with the patient's relatives. She also delays in checkups just to show her experience.

The staff has no discipline or respect. They don’t know how to treat patients. The doctors are not punctual. Patients have to wait a lot for their turn. They are not treating patient politely. The nurses are very rude. Not a hospital that someone should recommend to anyone.

This one star is just because that I reach this comment section. If you are highly "ویلے" then do come here for your treatment, otherwise, NOT RECOMMENDED!! Like you come to the reception early morning, and still aren't sure if it's going to take the midnight for your check-up turn. Absolutely No management!
