A blessing for the people of this area. All the staff members are very cooperative and the doctors are very good. The environment and the facilities are also good. A canteen for refreshment is also available inside the hospital. Fresh and hygenic food + tea and munching items are also available in the canteen. The long and short is, this is a good hospital with almost every facility.

Overall well maintained and some advanced equipments, i mark 3 stars for staff as they were not behaving well in emergency with families. Cleaning mark 3.5 With this all good facility for the area to handle emergencies.

Cleaning is exceptional, cleaning department spends lots of time cleaning floors. I have never seen cleaners spend this much time on cleaning. The nursing and administrative staff is not very helpful. The are rude, arrogant and show zero compassion towards the patients or relatives. Both upper floors of the hospital are empty. There should be more doctors there since there's plenty of space. The maintenance is really bad, especially doors and washroom plumbing fixtures. Hospital needs to spend some money on maintenance.

WIC( WAZIRABAD INSTITUTE OF CARDIOLOGY ) IT HAVE HUGE BUILDING AND EVERY POSSIBLE FACILITIES FOR CARDIAC PATIENTS. IT IS NOT FUNCTIONAL COMPLETELY BUT SOON IT WILL BE OPENED 24/7. OPD IS FUNCTIONAL BUT ADMIT FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE YET

A government run speciality hospital which doesn't look like under government management. All credit to the administration. But first and foremost credit to Ch Pervez Elahi for building this hospital. The hospital was completed in 2008 but couldn't be commissioned and operationalized bcoz succeeding government didn't have the heart to give credit where it was due. So it took some more years to become functional. Gujranwala division citizens don't have to go to Lahore PIC. All facilties regarding cardiology available here. I can only request the governments not to politicise such public welfare projects. Secondly, our, the patients and their accomplices have their moral duty to keep the hospital clean bcoz it is for them. And pay the nominal charges instead of discussions. Similarly don't insist on entering the emergency ward as the space is for the patients and doctors. Don't agitate or argue on this. Keep the doctors and staff available for your service and not engaged in discussions with you.

Very disappointed with their service, doctors behavior in OPD clinic toward patient is rude and absurd especially a Dr.Bilal a consultant. Patient load is high. Radiology service date for free is given 3 4 months in future and after 12pm they run self financed service which you can get on same day.

Vv poor services Staff is always busy with each other, but the patients still wait in the line minimum 2 or 3 hours. Really request to their admin Plz improve your progress. Bring that staff who deserve there. Thanks

i was recently diagnosed with MVP (a heart valve disorder) from a private cardiologist named Shoaib Ziya Chattha (King Road Mandi Bahauddin) when he carefully and thoroughly examined my heart through Stethoscope and Echo-cardiologram and detected miner changes in my ECG report which the wazirabad cardiologist told as normal and didn't listen to me even for 60 seconds.. well, I'll not blame them for they may have looked at my age (21) and overall health condition and passed the judgment thereafter..

We were there last nite. I was explaining to emergency staff what are my brother's condition and his medical history. Emergency nurses staff was so illiterate and so stupid, doesn't know how to talk to emergency patients. While explaining his history in ER, ladies worker said first u r telling me hart issues now telling me stomach issues. R u all dum. This is what staff told us. Instead of giving first aid or checking out patient. Also medical staff said take him to gugrat he is not our problem. ER staff giving us comments unprofessionaly. I was very disappointed at there service. I guess only aim is to earn and snash money from people instead of saving lives .

Staff and security guards behavior was very unprofessional . They need to improve their service.

It's newly built Special Hospital for Heart related patients in Wazirabad district Gujranawala Pakistan. It's working day time only not for 24 hour this time, may be extended for 24 hours in future. The duty doctors have very good behavior and careful, and nice disciplined. The whole medicines and tests like Ecg are free of cast. It's located near GT road.

Govt tried to control all the environment with the use of information technology. But system or work process is not too fast. Mostly patients are illiterate so they are unable to understand the procedure. This thing make them unhappy.

Doctors behavior is somehow exceptable some doctors are too good and some are too rude staff behavior is completely unacceptable whenever their is a problem you need to go 10 times on counter they have lot of attitude issues ward boys are not doing their job probably whenever a patient ask them for certain or something they use to “wo dakhu wahan para ja kr khud le la”such a rude staff in this institute they all are spoiling the image of hospital otherwise government is providing lots of facilities second the most important thing all doctors need to understand the meaning of written phrase on wall of hospital ‘timely treatment’
