Terrible service this time around (new member of staff?). Table not cleared, no cutlery, 45mins wait time just bearable, food was unfortunately burnt through and inedible. Serving staff expected a tip but didn't get any this time around!

Great restaurant. There are so many dishes to choose from, a lot of them being vegetarian or even vegan. The food is delicious and the waitress serving us was really friendly!

I've been here twice now...I thought I would give it another chance. The food is still poor...tasteless and obviously not much effort is put into preparing it. That's is for me, I'll never go to this place again and won't recommend it either.

This is a reliable source of Italian food. We came here for dinner on a holiday. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed at that time. While our waitress was very friendly she was obviously overwhelmed and every single step of the process was way longer than we expected. After we had eaten we asked for dessert. There was a major hiccup which ended in us not receiving dessert. Instead we got a coffee on the house. I assume that service is different normally, so do go there if you want some kind of Italian food fast.

What a lovely restaurant, I highly recommend. We are from UK visiting and had a lovely meal here. Food and service were excellent and we will definitely be back next time we are in Hamburg.

The service was very slow. We had to call couple of times. Waited way too long to have the main course and waited 25mins to get dessert served. We cancelled it. They brought us 5dl wine instead of 2dl. Food is not even tasting as real Italian. As Italians we can really not recommend this. Schade!

Great restaurant with superb food! We had different pizzas, an avocado bruschetta and some pasta with chicken. All of them were fantastic and I would recommend trying the pizzas! The staff was nice but when they first came we didn't decide, what we wanted to eat yet and we told her to come back shortly. Unfortunately I think she forgot because we waited for more than 10 minutes and then a different waiter came to get our order. Definitely a great restaurant with awesome pizza and a great atmosphere

Worth place to be! Dinner was very good I had a pizza Diavola. The presentation was also very good. The Tiramisu was not so delicious not enough biscuits to much cream (no mascarpone) less coffee with amaretto. But all in all a nice place to be? 👍🏼

Food is good and goes a bit beyond traditional Italian. Kid friendly dishes and a family atmosphere. Would be great if there would be a play corner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend eating here with or without kids.

Nice location and friendly staff. I was disappointed by the pasta. I have to admit that I have high standards regarding pasta thanks to my Italian friends and trips, but I am sure they could have been better with a bit more attention to the preparation.

Food excellent. Menu varied and very good. Reception and speed of service needs to be improved.

Inexpensive and the food can be very good. Location is great. The recently added pizza tricolore with Ricotta is great together with a small Cesare salad. Food can be shared, just ask for additional plates. Still, it would be a nice feature to improve the dishwasher machine. Seeing typical metallic traces on the plates does not improve the overall impression.

Great service, super friendly staff but the food is AWFUL! Starter came (no gluten-free bread, so no bruschetta for me) and main course arrived within seconds after. The mushrooms tasted like they were from a tin, the fake Parmesan didn’t taste like Parmesan, the spinach was tasteless... etc. No love or passion put into the cooking here. Had better experience in Hamburg city centre Mama.

A unique meal that I will rush back for. Refreshing, filling but left me feeling positive and not groggy. Staff were helpful and attentive.
