1. The sales lady doesn’t have a clear understanding of the products but rather a lot of pushy sales tricks. We asked if the fridge-freezer combi has NoFrost and she said all models have NoFrost. And we checked the brochure later and she was clearly wrong. This is just one example of her poor knowledge on fridges. In the end she went fierce to push us to decide on spot to buy from them instead of a kitchen dealer, because—quote from her—“We offered you cake, we spent time explaining...” Please, get to know your products, not pushy sales tricks. 2. In a follow-up visit, their attitude becomes noticeably bad (answering questions indifferently) once they assumed you won’t buy from them (but from a dealer). At least now they’ve made their assumption into reality. All that being said, we actually had a very good experience during our first visit with a guy wearing glasses. A shame that he doesn’t work here anymore.

If you are interested in Miele products in Netherlands this is the place to be. They are very professional and helpful. We visited multiple Miele branches and this branch is the best amongst others. They also pay attention to hospitality when you visit the shop and welcome you very well with freshly baked goodies from the chef here.

What really set Miele apart for us during our home renovation project was the service provided by the team at the Experience Center. Of course, the products are great and the quality is exactly as you'd expect from the premium brand. But Stijn and Joshua went out of their way to welcome us to the showroom and make us feel at home. They took as much time as we needed to understand how we wanted to use the appliances and to find the best fit for us. They answered all questions expertly, and anything they didn't know they immediately researched. Follow up was fast and professional. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

One of the best places to visit in Amsterdam and I'm not kidding! You can visit this place and learn about excellent Miele products while you are drinking your coffee, gin or wine. You can even have a piece of apple pie! All people are very friendly but especially Mr. Kenneth Mweka: he is the best salesperson I've ever seen. Even if you don't plan to buy anything, when you listen to him, you will definitely buy something there :) He is very kind, knowledgeable about the products and also very helpful. Even after you buy something there, you can visit and ask the questions you have in your mind about the products. He is so willing to help you. We bought a dryer and a vacuum cleaner from that place and after a month, we visit again learn so many things about these machines. And they have many beautiful presents for you. Thank you all people working there!

Everytime we visit, we are greeted by friendly personal. They are knowledgeable and very good hosts. We initially came for advice and the knowledge and service was so good, we decided to buy our dryer directly. The pre-sales and after-sales were splendid with more than enough touch points to ensure our experience was above and beyond. We buy our accessories in this store, just knowing we'll get good advice everytime we visit. Finally, there should be more opportunity to experience the Miele Experience (like in Vianen)!

We just visited the experience center and got lots of inspiration for our new kitchen back home in Australia. Kenneth with a great knowledge of Miele appliances walked us through the latest models and were very friendly to offer drinks for our young children. Thanks so much!

Me and my Wife were thinking about Miele ovens so we went to the shop to look at them. Every employee was really nice to us, they explained all the features, helped us choosing the best setup for our needs. They really care about customer satisfaction and they were the reason why we chose to buy there. After One month of using our appliances we are really Happy we chose this store. Pricy but defenetly worth It. 10/10.

We had a really good customer service experience at the Miele store. Rohida Sewrutton walked us through the different options that would best suit our lifestyle, family and space. She was extremely knowledgeable on all the appliances and really convinced us on the steam oven. We also thought that the freshly baked pastries and coffee by the cook were a very nice detail and he was very attentive.

Top quality customer service is not always a given in Netherland but I have to say my Meile Amsterdam experience was second to none. I received all the knowledge required to make the best decision. The Agent Kenneth and manager Joshua were so accommodating. Not only was there no buyers remorse after purchasing, there is this peace of mind and even enjoyment using my appliances knowing that my interactions there was the begging of a long relationship with the Meile brand.(for the appliances longevity and security in future purchases.) I don't even do reviews but I was compelled..

Not the same Miele it used to be. Miele now produces vacuum cleaners that not supposed to last.

They surrounded me with care and warmth on a cold rainy day before Christmas, as if we had known each other for many years! Unfortunately our experience with the Miele Experience Center was very disappointing. We have been loyal Miele customers for 40 years but we also have seen the quality of their products deteriorate. We choose the Miele Experience Centre for the full experience which they also explained to be better than the big chains whilst their costs are lower. We made a conscious decision to pay more for this but we have not seen any proof of this so-called superb service. Zero explanation when the washing machine/dryer were delivered. Several complaints issued, not really taken seriously and complaint not followed up. Now also have to deal with disappointing product performance (washing machine noisy/dryer leaving clothes still a bit moist). Experience Centre staff treats us like we purchased a second hand bike of EUR 25,- This has been a very bad experience!

Excellent service from very knowledgeable, friendly and personable personnel. I wanted to order a washing machine and tumble drier and Kenneth took a lot of care and attention about helping me choose the right one and get it delivered promptly. I received the desired machines less than two weeks after ordering and the installation was carried out thoroughly. The follow up was excellent as well; both Kenneth and Joshua checked to ensure that it was delivered on time and also took the time to show us how to use the machines to their full potential. Would fully recommend anyone who wants to be a Miele machine to visit the Experience Store as you can learn a lot more about the products from the staff than you could online. Was also one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences I have had; the service really was second to none.
