I've been registered at this center for 7 years now and I must say these people are complete A-holes. Doctor herself is a very nice person but the administration is super weak. Over the course of last years the administration has treated me like a trash bag. Recently, I got appointment for 8.30am and upon arriving they told me that doctor in practice (not my doctor but a student) cannot help me because he is not skilled enough, after that they said all other doctors are full for today (was Friday, next possible day was Money). Staff has no empathy whatsoever. I managed to move to another clinic to save myself the pain but funny thing is that they did not send my medication record to new clinic so I pretty much lost 7 years of medical history with them.

I was really sick ,I called them and they ask me to come over which is good but later it was getting worse ,the doctor did his check and referred me to the hospital ,asked me if I could go alone I said no ,I’m I living with my family I said no I’m alone ,and the doctor literally threw me out of the clinic saying they are closed and I couldn’t even walk well! I don’t know who is reading this ,kindly check well before registering there,Thanks! P.S. they don’t even deserve a star.

If you value your health never go to this clinic. They cannot diagnose the simplest things and they charge you for everything. A phone call to reserve a visit to the doctor costs 16 euros.

If I could make it a 0 I would. Waited for an appointment for several weeks to be greeted with 'oh I don't know why you were referred to me, I don't do tests.. can you make a new appointment and wait for 2-3 weeks?' while I'm suffocating from a wheezing cough for several weeks already Disorganised, incompetent and utterly slow

Terrible practice that transferred my file to another practice without me requesting it and they didn't even talk to me about it or request consent. Only discovered this when trying to make an appointment and I kept getting an error on their online portal.

It's impossible to even book an appointment. Lack of doctors, lack of assistants and they have switched online providers 3 times in the las 3 years. Looking for a new practice.

Emailed me in the morning, they called me at noon. Friendly, very helpfull. All other reviews are just sour people.

I have always got apointment fast if needed and in few days if no rush. Our huisart is really nice and send to hospital/specialist when needed No any complains

I really don't get why previously people just gave 1 star. The team was very nice! And everything worked out well, quick and easy. They gave me an appointment at the same day. What else could I ask for?! The only thing is that the second entrance is very hard to find as there is no sign ;)
