Needed something close by the airport for an early flight. These guys completely over delivered. Tasty breakfast, big comfy room, and (most importantly) super friendly staff. Rodeg and Esra in the front desk made sure my family and i were well taken care of, getting an extra bed for my daughter and making sure my wife had her wine and my daughter had her chocolate. And all this service came with (huge) smiles. Much better option than the hotels at the airport at twice the price

Reasonably priced and very decent. Not a luxury but far above budget hotel quality. I have only two complaints. First, you can't control the temperature from your room. You have to call Reception and they will adjust it from there. My room ended up much colder than I ever wanted or could ever expect. Secondly, the shower is a basic shower head with very average water pressure. In this day and age I think there is no excuse for hotels not having rain showers.

Comfy clean room overlooking construction site but noise was minimal at night. Hot Breakfast was simple. Mini Gym was surprisingly equipped. Reception staff helpful and free amenities upon request. Around 700 m walk to metro and inter city lines. Direct line to schipol and New market and Rai. Near Ajax stadium, Ah supermarket And decathlon. Lots of eateries around and Burger King at station

Dylan was super kind and helpful. He made our stay actually very convenient and nice. It’s great if someone make you feel like home in a place like a hotel.

So i was there for a conference, i can't talk about the quality of the rooms; BUT the hotel was amazing!! Great conference rooms, lovely ground floor lobby, and lovely place to eat lunch!! Coffee machine everywhere, food was good and staff were polite and friendly. This hotel is really SOMETHING!! if I come back to amesterdam, although it is far from central, I would book, since it is 5 min walk to Metro station, and 20 min awqy from central station. So yeah. I had a great time there, even not booked a room!!

I had a "superior" corner room. It was abolutely stunning, great quality and the service was superb. Especially the Bar / Coffe Clerk was really polite and offered great service. Location is good as the Trainstation ist easily reachable and food stores are close by and open on sundays. Loved the experience and will come again in the future.

Escogimos este hotel para nuestra visita a Ámsterdam, y nos llevamos una grata sorpresa con lo bueno que era. El edificio se compone de dos hoteles, este HolidayInn de 4 estrellas, y el HolidayInn Express, de 3. Los huéspedes de un hotel pueden acceder a las instalaciones del otro y viceversa, aunque en el caso del HolidayInn se nota superior en muchos ámbitos. Ubicado en las afueras de Ámsterdam, puede no ser el mejor en cuanto a su zona. Se encuentra cerca de las instalaciones del campo de fútbol del Ajax, por lo que aparcar es prácticamente imposible. El hotel ofrece aparcamiento por 29€ cada 24h, algo caro en mi opinión, especialmente para un aparcamiento descubierto. Aunque la zona se encuentre lejos del centro de la ciudad, se puede llegar muy fácilmente con la línea 54 de metro en unos minutos a Central Station. Además, el hotel ofrece el servicio de alquiler de bicicletas. La zona se nota segura y no tuvimos ningún problema al pasear por ella. El hotel en sí ofrece una gran cantidad de servicios, cuenta con una decoración moderna, y un desayuno sobresaliente, en el que se pueden encontrar distintos tipos de alimentos, además de que cuentan con bares afiliados con Starbucks. Todas las plantas son comunicadas por ascensor, habiendo 4 de estos, cantidad más que suficiente para un hotel con tantas habitaciones. Además, hay gimnasio. Nos alojamos en la Executive Room, una habitación muy bien cuidada y limpia al entrar. El lugar disponía de caja fuerte con espacio para un ordenador portátil, mini-bar con servicio de rellenado, despacho con escritorio, aire acondicionado por conductos, ventanas con doble acristalamiento fijas, sin poderse abrir, etcétera. El baño contaba con ducha y bañera, aunque nos hubiera gustado que la presión del agua fuera algo más fuerte. En la habitación abundaban los enchufes. También se incluía equipo de planchado, secador, utensilios de cuidado personal, entre otros. Dispone de servicio de habitaciones a diario, aunque se incluye la posibilidad de rechazarlo a cambio de una bebida. De igual manera, el personal del hotel siempre fue cordial y amable con nosotros. Conexión Wi-Fi gratuita. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda.

This hotel is a true gem if you want to visit Amsterdam. It boasts an unbeatable location, just steps away from a tram/train station and not far of the city's most iconic landmarks, including the famous Anne Frank House, the picturesque Jordaan neighborhood, and the lively Dam Square. The service at this hotel is top-notch. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to my every need with a warm smile. The room I stayed in was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The décor was modern and chic, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for.

We had a great time in Amsterdam and felt comfy in the Holiday Inn! Had sum lil complications with the room, but I was lucky to have Daniel&Francisca at the reception working that day. They were really kind and even helped us out with an Room upgrade. Medy

Checkin experience was not that great, and we were charged additional amount despite having a booking upfront. At checkout we finally found what was wrong and they corrected. Housekeeping, service requests and after hours options for food really need some improvement.

Just 5 min from Metro station. Big Center with stores, IMAX and restaurants right there. Breakfast is okay, rooms are clean and fitting. TV is small and not smart. Safe inside but no fridge. Nice view from the rooms. Café with Starbucks coffee is a plus.

Nasz pobyt w hotelu był bardzo udany, bardzo dobre doświadczenie. Recepcja bardzo profesjonalna , uprzejma, sprawna. Mieliśmy problem z sejfem. Problem zgłosiliśmy w recepcji, za 5 minut przyszedł Krzysztof. On pomógł nam otowrzyć sejf oraz przekazał instrukcje obsługi. Krzysztof jest bardzo pomocny, miły i gościnny.

Nice and quit hotel room.. breakfast had more variety than other holiday inn in the area. Restaurant door lady was very kid’s friendly, welcoming guests with smile 😃

We stayed here for one night on our return leg of our trip before catching our return flight from Schipol. The property is attached to Holiday Inn Express which relatively new. Since the room we booked was not available, they gave us two interconnected rooms. The airport is just two stops away in train. Amsterdam central station takes nearly 20 minutes in metro. The hotel is 5 to 10 minutes walk from Metro station. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Best wel een tegenvaller. Een vuile koelkast, chips resten tussen de bed bank en tijdens het ontbijt veel dat op was, toen het ontbijt slechts een half uur geopend was. Daarnaast zag ik dat veel gasten zo’n grote lading op hun ontbijt bord propten om vervolgens veel te laten staan. Pure verspilling waar best wat van gezegd mag worden.

Me and my boyfriend arrived at this place and we were very happy about the hotel view. Besides that we also liked the breakfast and their great variety of food (recommended). We had an issue and it got resolved instantly by Francisca, Daniel and Esra. We appreciate their customer service and we will definitely come here more often because of them.

The locations was good.near to the Train station with about 100meters. Service was great, Fah and Daniel were nice, warm, and friendly. They helped me a lot when I had question and problem. I experienced a happy, safe and convenient accommodation.

I was actually a guest at the Holiday Inn Express. I asked the front office staff if they had a weighing scale as I needed to weigh my bags, but they didn’t. On my way out of the hotel to get to the store, I thought of asking the staff at Holiday Inn since I have to pass their front office on the way out. There were two gentlemen at the front office. Now it’s been some time so I can’t really recall who is who, but if I remember right, it was Daniel (Lebanese guy) and Reander (asian guy). I approached Daniel and he said they did not have one but he would try inquiring further to see if he could find one. He asked for my room number and I mentioned I was actually from next door, but they didn’t turn me down. I returned a few minutes later and he told me that he asked one of his colleagues who had one. It was not exactly a weighing scale, but more like a hand-held scale. I came to learn it actually didn’t belong to the hotel but it was a personal property of Tyson’s. He was kind enough to lend it to me despite not being a guest and Daniel was nice enough to go the extra mile too. When I went back to return the item, the guys weren’t there anymore unfortunately. Thanks guys, I believe you have kept the Holiday Inn flag flying high through your personal service. I’m very grateful and thankful for this. Sorry for writing this so late.
