Great place to have brunch. There is a wide variety of options on the menu. The staff is super friendly. The waiter took our order without writing anything down: and we had a big order! I love the fact that you get water served without asking. The eggs Benedict are called differently here but taste very delicious. They have 3 different kind of green tea which comes in a pot: so cute! All in all a great experience.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Box Sociaal. The food was tasty, especially the beef cheek pie was really good; it has a very crispy crust on top and beef stew inside. Definitely worth to try. Atmosphere is cosy, wasn’t too busy on Friday evening, so we didn’t feel so packed at all like other places. They seem to have a very interesting breakfast/brunch menu, I definitely want to go back to try that!

The food was amazing! Including pictures of my fried chicken and pancakes dish and stroopwafel espresso martini. The space is small and very crowded so be prepared for a loud restaurant. Service was a bit chaotic because of this but the server was fantastic and gave us good suggestions. Reservations are a must!

A wonderful wonderful place with FANTASTIC food amidst an overwhelming amount of places to choose from. My family and I originally came here because of the high ratings, and they are extremely well deserved. The house spicy dipping sauce that our server provided was excellent and tasteful. The service was *excellent*, with multiple servers stopping th by to ensure we were taken care of. I would absolutely add this to your places to eat at while you are visiting Amsterdam. Third time here in the Netherlands but 1st eating at Box and I would 100% repeat.

A good place in a great location in the Jordaan area. We went for a breakfast with no much time because of one appointment but the atmosphere at the place is very nice. The staff was good too. No complains. Hopefully we will be back to try other things in the menu.

I really enjoyed the fried butter chicken burger it was amazing! Great cheese melt and flavours I wouldn't recommend the smash Burger, it was a bit dry in my opinion and I would suggest making it a full sized patty instead of 2 smash patties. I would like to see a bit more darker tones in the interior to liven up the style and atmosphere. Staff is mostly English speaking and very friendly. Overall a great restaurant and nice caring staff.

This place is amazing. Food did not disappoint (and we had brunch and dinner there, both the same day). Their cocktails are pure alchemy and incredible. Staff is super friendly too. Go there. You won't regret it.

We loved this restaurant. The only place we returned to in Amsterdam. It was casual, but superb, friendly service. The food was really tasty, and we felt so good after it.It is very reasonably priced too.

Went for a stroll in the lovely Jordaan neighbourhood when we passed this cafe. It was early evening and starting to get a little chilly so we decided to stop here and grab a hot chocolate to take away to warm us through for the rest of our walk. The guys working here were very friendly and provided good service. Apart from that, despite not staying there, the cafe seemed like it had a lovely ambience. There is cute outdoor seating on the canal too.

Absolutely fantastic brunch! Firstly, the staff there Saturday morning, 16/12, were so friendly and helpful. I had the Sweet Hot Chick, and it was genuinely one of the best meals I've ever had. Loved the atmosphere, and will 100% be back to try the rest of the menu. We'll...maybe- it's going to be hard not to order that same dish every time! 🤣

A very tasty brunch with reasonable prices. Loved the subtle twists on brunch classics. It gets really crowded so expect waiting time if you don’t have a reservation. If you go for the terrace you will get an amazing canal view (and cars passing by really close to you).

We arrived for brunch and found the place bustling. It's advisable to make reservations beforehand. The food was delightful; I ordered the sweet hot chick, and my friend had the pamry. I thoroughly enjoyed my dish and highly recommend this spot for its friendly service too.

Came here for the first time yesterday and the place was packed, thankfully we had a reservation and were seated right away. The staff was very attentive and kind, I had the vegan option, added an egg, which was delicious and very satisfying. My only negative comment was that because of the crowd it was quite noisy.
