Last
year
I
ordered
a
PURPLE
rose
"Rhapsodie
in
blue",
a
RED
camellia
"John
Tooby"
and
a
bag
of
Zommerbloeiers
plant
food.
Simple
enough,
right?
They
delivered
the
wrong
plants
4
times,
and
the
plant
food
was
in
a
bag
of
0,75
kg
instead
of
1
kg
as
I
ordered.
I
repeat:
they
sent
the
wrong
plants
FOUR
times.
I
received
4
times
a
white
rose,
or
an
unknown
plant,
instead
of
a
purple
rose
and
a
red
camellia.
they
also
promised
to
refund
the
difference
in
prices,
and
the
cost
of
sending
the
wrong
plants
back
to
them
(which
I
did,
with
track
and
trace
code,
and
they
got
them
back
alright),
but
they
never
refund
anything.
In
the
end
I
still
ended
up
with
a
WHITE
rose
and
a
WHITE
camellia
-
the
color
I
dislike.
Then
I
stopped
calling
and
emailing
them.
Just
a
huge
waste
of
time
and
money!!!
How
can
you
trust
a
gardener
who
doesn't
know
what
her
plants
are?

The
company
responded
to
my
review
and
asked
for
my
order
number.
My
original
order
number
is
TC-BO
096140.
After
that
the
company
has
changed
it
several
times,
which
I
don't
know
why.
Since
Google
doesn't
allow
replying
to
a
response
of
the
company,
I
update
my
review
here
and
add
a
screenshot
of
the
first
email
to
the
company.
I'll
wait
to
see
if
they
will
contact
me
about
it
as
they
promised
in
the
response.
I'll
