    We placed an order for over 300€ worth of plants on April 26. My credit card was debited, but we received no order confirmation nor delivery date. No email or delivery since then. I have tried contacting them via phone (no answer), chat (no answer) and sent 3 emails, but never received a reply. I completely understand the corona crisis slows everything down, but businesses should then update their website to reflect much longer delivery times (the website said 3 working days when I ordered) and customer service should most definitely reply to customers who have paid but not received any order confirmation whatsoever. I have no problems waiting longer for items, but I need to be informed.

    Hello everyone, Last year I ordered a PURPLE rose "Rhapsodie in blue", a RED camellia "John Tooby" and a bag of Zommerbloeiers plant food. Simple enough, right? They delivered the wrong plants 4 times, and the plant food was in a bag of 0,75 kg instead of 1 kg as I ordered. I repeat: they sent the wrong plants FOUR times. I received 4 times a white rose, or an unknown plant, instead of a purple rose and a red camellia. they also promised to refund the difference in prices, and the cost of sending the wrong plants back to them (which I did, with track and trace code, and they got them back alright), but they never refund anything. In the end I still ended up with a WHITE rose and a WHITE camellia - the color I dislike. Then I stopped calling and emailing them. Just a huge waste of time and money!!! How can you trust a gardener who doesn't know what her plants are? Note: The company responded to my review and asked for my order number. My original order number is TC-BO 096140. After that the company has changed it several times, which I don't know why. Since Google doesn't allow replying to a response of the company, I update my review here and add a screenshot of the first email to the company. I'll wait to see if they will contact me about it as they promised in the response. I'll let you know when it comes.

    I would like to share my unfortunate experience with Tunicentrum(.nl). After placing my order, I eventually received a box containing two bags of destroyed plants, and the company refused to provide a refund, or help in any way until last week when I posted my 1 star review on another site. That is when they finally reached out to me. They wrote “…we understand that you are very disappointed. We would like to deliver the order to you again or refund the amount you paid.” I think it was just to make them look like they were taking action for those who read that review because I replied saying I would like a refund and what information do they need from me. To no surprise, there was no further reply to me. The lack of communication and customer service from them is absolutely unacceptable. Failing to deliver the ordered products and then not providing a refund demonstrates a lack of honesty and respect for customers. -Cliff

    DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! they are running a scam. I orders from them as they say fast delivery on their website but after one week when I ask for status they said it taking more then expected time so delivery will be late but can't give estimated delivery date. After waiting for another week I ask for cancellation and refund of amount paid. Order was cancelled promptly but refund is still pending. Initially they said it will take 14 days for refund and after 14 days when I do not see any refund I contacted them again and this time they say refund is already processed I ask for a date when refund was process to which they said they can't provide this information. till now I am chasing them for refund so better DO NOT ORDER from them

    This is by far the worst online shop in the NL. They delivered my order incomplete more than a month ago, and after several calls and emails they are unable to return my money. Never buy from them!

    Beginning this month, we ordered bunch of plants for more than 200 euros. We are still waiting after almost 4 weeks for the delivery. We called couple of times, but after few repeated promises that our plant we will be delivered in 3 day we still do not have them! We would understand that because of the corona-pandemic the delivery would be a bit late. That would be understandable, but why lie about it? And not on one occasion but couple of times. We are finished with waiting so yesterday we called to ask for a refund. We would get a message with conformation a.s.a.p., but also this was a sad lie. We will just call again and again... Horrible service. Never order here!

    The delivery date has been forwarded 3 times. The order missed 3 plants and had several plants that were not the size as promised on their website. There are no cards with the plants, so with a bigger order (and with tiny plants) you have no clue what the names of the plants are. After 7 weeks I finally got a partly refund, therefor 2 stars instead of 1. I hope they can get their act together and will deliver orders as they are meant to be delivered in the future.

    Nearly three weeks and no delivery yet. Contacted customer service both via chat and email and received a generic “We are very busy response”. Based on all the negative reviews as of recent, I am really worried I will be sent dead or rotten plants like so many others have.

    Ordered on 11 April. Delivery planned for 16 april. Received standard email that there was a delay of a few days. Phoned customer services on 4th May: a few plants still not ready. I went on 8 may to Tuincentrum.nl to finally pick up the plants. Quality was extremely bad. I had to cancel the order. I did receive my money back after 1 week. Summary: bad communication, they sell you plants that they don't have in stock, and no quality control. Incidentally, i got all the plants i wanted from Tuinplanten de Jong and Intratuin: cheaper and better quality.

    The webshop is very easy to use and has a wide range of products. After payment no confirmation was sent that the order is received. Even worse the company is unable to deliver the products on time, despite confirming the delivery will be on time when I phoned them in a few days in advance. Customer service employees sounded very bored and unimpressed when I described that delaying the order resulted in no gifts on mother's day and could not issue an exact date my order would arrive.

    Definitely recommend going to a garden center in person when buying any plants. Will not order plants online again. Customer service is responsive and helpful, but your requests aren't actually addressed. I requested 3 weeks in advance to delay the delivery date, and after customer service assured me on the phone that it had been changed, the plants still arrived a week early without warning. Luckily we were home to receive them, otherwise I'm not sure what would have happened. Only 80% of what we ordered arrived, and some of the plants were in poor condition and most were much smaller than advertised on the site. The missing plants are not in stock any more, and fortunately they offered a refund. Hopefully they are also open to refunding the lower-quality plants, we will see in the coming days.

    Terrible service. Ordered and selected a date. Then nothing delivered. After contacting customer service, an email arrived asking for new dates (and no explanation of why they did not deliver). I gave them 3 alternate dates. All three of those dates went by and still no delivery and contact from them. Then when we are on holidays, I get a message that the delivery would be the next day (a week late and no warning). I advise them that no one would be home (as discussed previously). Still, when out of the country, the plants were delivered and left on our steps for the week( falsely claiming that they were with our neighbors who were also away) Main plants were grass, so they survived fine. The more fragile plants (heather) were not as lucky. Do yourself a favour: sort on newest reviews, see how many others are having problems recently and consider an alternative supplier...

    Worst possible service you can imagine. The order that should have been delivered at specific day within a week got delivered after 3 weeks. The plants are all rotten and the customer service is not replying to our messages and also ignoring us on the phone. Money are wasted while we still keep rotten remains of plants at our home without clue what to do next. Save yourself from wasting your nerves, time and money and just order somewhere else. The photos on their website are from some fantasy land. In reality you get a package of some remains of what it used to be a plant 1 month after you ordered and the customer support doesn't really care or offer you a solution.

    Plants arrived on time. Unfortunately plants were packed ontop of each other so some of them got damaged (not too badly). However, I have noticed I now have a slug infestation in my garden thanks to there being slugs on the pots and plants!!! If you don't want a slug infestation then don't use them!! Edited: I was contacted by customer support who offered to give me poison for the slug problem and a credit for their store, I opted for grass fertilizer as I had already purchased poison. Customer support was extremely professional. And for these reasons I have increased the rating to 3 stars.

    The plants have arrived packed upside down, crammed one on top of the other, and what is even more regrettable is that they were all broken. it was very sad to receive this package. So I sent some photos by email explaining what happend and surprisingly they answer in some minutes. Yep! Quick. And then they decided to send me the plants again without costs. Lets see if they arrive well ) Hope so. Good customer service! No doubt.

    I approached Tuincentrum because i read really good reviews especially the service which i am a big fan of. Two tips: 1/ always ask for a picture of the products you are purchasing to avoid any misunderstanding and meet your expectations as pictures could be misleading. 2/ Inspect your products upon arrival if meet your expectations, Cheers, M

    Extremely disappointed by the customer service. I ordered gift cards online to be used i believed on all Tuincentrum shops in the NL (for plants but mainly to get furniture). After realizing it was not the case, you could only order online on this specific website (3 weeks after purchase) i contacted the customer service to see if we could get a reimbursement fully or partly, unfortunately the only answer i got was a NO, as too late. Lack of empathy from the shop that could have suggested to reimburse me at least a part of the money and kept me satisfied. For sure no more purchase will be made on that website...

    Buying from the site is easy and delivery is usually within 48hrs. Delivery communication is really good. The staff are very helpful via chat or email when you need some help. The freebies they throw on top of your orders are really appreciated. Some things that could be improved - the pictures in the site can be a little misleading for some products. The packaging and transportation of the plants could be better one of my plants damaged on one side, not enough to send it back though.
