gym
in
January
and
was
immediately
sold.
I
immediately
canceled
my
gym
membership
and
started
training
with
Tony.
Benefits
of
Kickboxing
at
4th
Gym
are:

The
duration
of
a
group
lesson
is
only
1
hour,
so
even
with
a
busy
schedule
you
can
be
done
in
no
time.
-
you
are
more
motivated
because
you
are
working
in
a
group,
so
you
cannot
or
do
not
simply
stop.

Tony
is
a
good
trainer
who
deals
very
well
with
people
and
gives
feedback
in
a
nice
way.
-
atmosphere
is
very
relaxed,
different
types
of
people
train
and
everyone
can
be
themselves.

I
lost
more
weight
in
1.5
months
than
in
the
3
years
I
trained
at
the
gym.

At
4th
Gym
you
also
work
on
your
fitness,
now
I
can
jog
outside
for
30-40
minutes
without
difficulty.
Before
this
I
trained
at
a
gym,
and
with
difficulty
I
managed
to
train
3
times
a
week.
Since
I
started
training

I
have
been
training
at
least
3
and
sometimes
4
times
a
week.
Sometimes
you
don't
feel
like
a
workout,

skip
it

here.
If
you
want
to
train
in
a
cozy
and
educational
gym,
then
4th
Gym
is
the
place
for
you.
Even
if
you
have
a
busy
schedule,
there
are
plenty
of
times
during
the
week,
on
weekends,
in
the
morning
and
evening.
Tony
is
a
top
teacher,
a
real
asset
to
Ijburg
and
surrounding
areas.
