We offered this location to our relation for there stay for a week. Even though its located in the heart of the city its calm and peaceful location to stay. Price is very reasonable compared to other places. every facilities including meals & supermarkets are in walking distances. Interiors are well designed and attractive with all facilities. Host is professional and personally attend whatever the help they need with great respect. Stay and feel the difference.

I stayed in this calm and quite hide out when I was in a official visit. The owners hospitality and the excellent service is commendable and its a nice place to visit again with my family. I highly recommend this lovely place for everyone visiting Kurunegala or as a transitional place to stay when you travel out of Colombo. Good Luck.

I went to Kurunegala with the intention of finding a place for my family to stay while we were there. I was drawn to this location because my first impression upon seeing it was favorable. We spent the night there, and it felt almost exactly like being at home to me. A very calming and pleasing atmosphere all around. There are no outside parties involved in the management of the property because it is handled directly by the owner. It is an option that should be considered by families looking to make tranquil their home away from home.

Excellent house with state of the art facilities. Ample parking space was there. Very reasonable rates. House is located in a calm and quiet natural surronding. Owner also lives close by and very supportive. Highly recommended for prospective travellers.

Perfect Place just 2-minute walk from Super markets, bars and short taxi ride into town. Comfortable beds, Bathroom with tub, hot water and washing machine, well equipped kitchen and great lounge area. Comparatively lower price compared to other places. Free parking.

We enjoyed the stay in cottage 23. Perfect safe place for a family or a couple . Rooms are clean and all the facilities are upto the standard. Nice calm place in the heart of kurunegala. One of the best places which I spent my vacation ever. I found this clean, tidy, and most luxurious cottage on my 3rd visit to Kurunegala. When comparing this with my last stays, this is a heaven. The Cottage 23 was perfect in cleanliness, there was no any single mosquito or any insect. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped, (I like to suggest a Microwave Oven and a hair dryer for further improvements) The location is very convenient because of it is the heart of the city, all the facilities and services are around the location. The wonder is, although this is the middle of the city, this was a very quiet and calm place with pleasant surroundings. The best thing was the hospitality of the owner of this property. He was personally attended in everything of our accommodation. I found that he visits the location personally and locked the gates at night and also comes early in the morning to unlock the gates. Therefore, there was no any hesitation regarding the safety of vehicles. We could refresh ourselves from the caffe downstairs and, there were several selections to reasonable prices. Finally, we were very satisfied about the place, facilities and the hospitality of the owner and we would love to express our heart felt thanx to the owner to providing such a good please to travelers like us for a very reasonable price. I spent two nights there with my family from 4th to 6th November 2022 and we are really happy about everything. Apartment is very clean & situated at the heart of Kurunegala town. Amazing host who was extremely friendly & helpful. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools for cooking & cleaning. We had a lovely comfortable, relaxing stay, we really felt at home. Highly satisfied with the place & recommend for families. Hoping to visit again.

Cottage 23 is great stopover place for few nights. I've stayed couple of nights with a friend and I felt it's more like my own place because the owners are so kind and willing to help for everything. It's a great small place which more like personal hideout. I truly recommend the place.

This Place is really nice and homely that’s located right in Kurunegala city area. Cottage was well maintained and spacious with all cooking utensils included. All food cities like keels were all near by in walking distance. Above all the owner was really friendly and you could talk to him about any issue at any time.
