Hotel Environment is very bad. Rats run here and there. Fees are not fair. Foods are high in oils and artificial flavors

Derty forks and spoons ...🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 And Derty wash rooms.. bad service....

Hotel blue sky is located 1 kilometer away from the Kurunegala city. Hotel has recently undergone several developments and not quite sure of an ownership change. Many organizations prefer this place to have their seminars and workshops and some educational institutions are also holding their academic activities here. Good place to have such events.

We are really satisfied with their service. Food also very tasty. They have recently renovated rooms nice and clean. Really recommend for weddings and other functions.

Very unhygienic. Poor ventilation. Bed linen & towels not washed. Disgusting 🤮

Really dirty place. Rooms were tearing apart. Molds everywhere. Bedsheets were ripped. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Customer service was awful. We ordered tea in the morning and waited about an hour and didnt received anything, so we called again then they said they mistakenly gave the tea we ordered to another room. We had to order again and wait. Customer service was bad. They are not friendly at all.

I recently stayed at Hotel Blue Sky in Kurunagala and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the location of the hotel was convenient, the overall quality of the stay left much to be desired. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The sheets and towels had visible stains and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Additionally, the room itself was outdated and in need of renovations. Secondly, the customer service was lacking. The staff was unresponsive to my requests and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns.

I take this opportunity to thank the management and the staff of this organization. They provided a remarkable service. I had to postpone my wedding twice due to Covid situation. But they provided all the services for the price which agreed one & half years ago. The free room was very nice and clean. Specially the washroom was very clean.

Stayed one night in a lux room. Hot water not working.Limited room space. After complaining it worked,but next morning it ddnt work. Dnt buy food from the hotel .

Went to my cousin's wedding on 29/06/2023. Utterly disappointed by the services provided by the hotel staff. All the things from spoons, cups to washrooms were very unclean. Had to call the banquet manager and point out that the soup bowls were filled with fungus and some kind of oily substance. For who ever going to take their big day in this place think twice before booking this place. Only good thing about this was the location

Good for parties, conferences and wedding ceremonies. Located within 01km from Kurunegala town central. The foods are delicious.

Good place but need to improve the service

We stayed for 5 days. Never cleaned the room and premises. Poor hot water connection and which also runout the hot water before end of the day. So many mosquitoes in the room coming through bathroom fanlight.

I have stayed in this hotel few times. But, this time I came after a long time. I was surprised to see the new changes in the hotel. All of the banquet halls and guest rooms were fully refurbished. Rooms and the washrooms were very clean. They change the bed linen daily basis. Staff were also very helpful and attention to detail. Sri Lankan breakfast which I ordered was so delicious and had an authentic Sri Lankan flavors. They got a very nice garden area with spacious vehicle park. Prices were also not so high and you can get a best value for what you spend.

Recently booked. AC is not working but paid for AC. Located place is ideal, Good parking place, but the reception hall needs to be repaired and maintained.

Came to participate a company seminar. Nicely arranged hall. We got very good service from the staff. Food was so tasty and contains less oil. I stayed one night also. Nice and clean rooms. Prices are also very reasonable.

I went to participate my friends wedding last month. The hall was nicely renovated. It is spacious and elegant looking. Food was awesome. Bites were really tasty. The most important thing is they followed all security precautions really well due to covid.

So happy to say we had our dream wedding in Blue Sky Grand on 14/01/2021. There was no complaints at all. Their service was rally great & food was so delicious. Considering their facilities and services they have best rates comparing to other banquet halls in the area. We had a good variety of selection of food and decorations. We would like to give our special thank to Banquet Manager Mr.Lionel, who helped us throughout the event. Also big thank to Chef and all the other staff. So we wood like to recommend Blue Sky Grand to any one who wants to organize their wedding in a great manner. Thank you.

Poor service and terrible food. They should focus on service and the food. New rooms are clean but bed sheets were not cleaned. Hot water showers wasn't working at all. Even though they claimed that they have hot showers.

Perfect place to have Muslim weddings. Have large well decorated wedding halls and large parking area. They gave as very good support to do our function. Staff members have very good attitude. Highly recommend for Muslim weddins.
