It was kept open at 6.30pm on a saturday which made it very convenient to me. Location is only 5 m away from Bauddhaloka mawatha which is connecting Puwakgas junction at Kurunegala Negombo high way and Kadurugas junction which is at Kurunegala Colombo highway. There is ample parking on the side of the road. Responsiveness of the employee on duty was excellent. It takes no time to proceed your need. It is not a local company. Its mother company is in USA as I know. They never advertise their services through mass media. Hence it is kept bit unexploded to general public. But the corporate world would know them. Once I experienced losing of my important document which was to be delivered to Post Graduate Institute of Medicine in year 2017. Other than that it was a pleasant place to get services.

Worst Ever Courier Service that i have ever used. My package took 10 Days to be delivered from Kiribathgoda to Wariyapola. Their Tracking is working ✌️ But They don’t answer our calls. Poor Customer Service. Only way to contact them is using their WhatsApp live agent on (+94 (70) 306 1345) Deliver Boys couldn’t do anything with these things. They are playing a good role 👏. I’m attaching the proof of tracking.

I gave them an package to deliver for an emergency. They didn’t deliver even after more than one day. But they guaranteed that they will deliver within 24 hours when I handed to them. Problem is there is not even proper customer care for talk with them and only use WhatsApp messages. Totally lack of responsibility and care.

Good more than pronto service

Difficult to contact during morning hours since they are going for delivery.Most often phones are available after 2pm. But friendly staff. Fast delivery. I gave them a mountain bike and it was delivered next day morning, within 12h with out any hassles.
